Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 170.8 - Hey guys! Breakfast: higfiber lowfat muffin, yogurt whip/Lunch: light ham and lowfat cheese sandwhich w/ 1 sliced pickle, yogurt w/ unsalted almonds, 2 SMALL wafer cookies/Dinner (plan) 1 turkey burger, tomato salad, baked fries/ So for a snack...we went out to eat last night, and i'm so proud of myself! Before I was able to eat bread, a whole appatizer, a family stlye entree AND dessert! But I was like I just can't eat like that anymore! I only had 1/2 an appitizer of fired calamari (my once a summer treat, haevn't had fast food in like...2 months...), 1/2 an entree of baked eggplant, and like 3 forkfuls of pasta. we have everything else left over! My question is...what should i have for a snack? I think I'll go with SOME, NOT ALL of the eggplant and split the rest w/ my aunt, but what should I do?

today i ate toast for breakfast
a turkey samwhich for lunch
almonds for a snack
drank water
and for dinner i had chicken, beans, and rice with a little bit of salsa and sour cream
after dinner i had a little bit of ice cream
then i went on a bike ride for about 25 mins.
Is there anything i can change

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 195 - for breakfast i had 3 pieces of french toast/apple jacks for lunch i had a peanut butter sandwich and on the side i had a couple pieces of cheese(yellow) and salomni then for dinner im going to have a hamburger with some rice/veg that u have to boil then for a snack im going to have a half of a cucumber sound good??....im never good with diet

Ht. 5'4, Wt. :( - soo... today for breakfast i had 1 slice of white toast with 1 teaspoon of peanutbutter for lunch i had 1/2 a cup of tuna, and for dinner i am having salad made up of shredded letuce and lemon juice and garlic and olive oil and a light hot dog and for dessert i will have an apple. i am wondering if any of you have tried the three day diet. also if any of you have a flat stomach and would like to help me achive on then please help

Ht. 5' 1", Wt. 136 - Do you think that volleyball practices for 2 and a half hours everyday for the next 2 weeks will boost up my weight loss a lot since i normally just bike about 5-10 miles per day?

Ht. 5'6'', Wt. 171 - Hi everyone...i am kinda upset, cause i just weighed myself and over the summer i have gained 9 pounds! I havent been exercising alot and im really upset and hating myself for it. The lowest weight i had reached this year was 158. and i was really proud of myself..that was around chrismas. Since then i have gained 13 pounds, I need alot of help cause i feel huge, i dont like the way i look , does anyone have any tips ? I start school in 3 weeks and im gonna do really well and lose as much as i can before then, any idea how much i could lose in 3 weeks? thanks in advance to anyone who helps.
