Ht. 5'9", Wt. G: 30+ lbs lighter - STAY AWAY FROM THE WHITE BREADS! & try to eat less of potatos & white rice ect. white bread is the #1 thing that goes right to wherever you store fat. & its really hard to lose. i stopped eating it a while ago, & all i have is 100% whole wheat. make sure to look at the ingredients for "whole wheat flour." stay away from the "enriched" stuff.

Ht. 5'9, Wt. W:212.3 G:150 S:217 - ok im taking everybodys advice and changing my goal to 150. i just feel like i have to compete with all the skinny pretty preps and i dont think i'll be skinny at 150. probably a size 10.grr i dont want to be in the double digits, but i feel better changing my goal. it seems more realistic. thanks guys!! now how long do u think it take for me to lose 62 pounds with eating 1200 calories and walking 1 hr 20 min a day or doing 50 min of taebo? oyy, im soo impatient. i need to stop.

Ht. 5'1, Wt. 162 - OH my gosh guys!!!!!!! i feel like crying my eyes out!!!!! i GAINED FIVE POUNDS!!!! i should have known!!!!! i've been on a binge for 3 days straight!!! you guys are gonna be horrified when u hear this:
I finished off 2 pints of ice cream, pd of chicken salad, fruit roll-ups, chips, 1/2 z box of cheez-its, hot dogs, cereal, marshmellows, twizzlers and sooo much more!!!!!!! i feel so ashamed but its like i do it subconciously when im near my period but its never lasted THREE DAYS!!!!! I feel like im drowning in a pool of fat and i cant get out and i know i need too but i've never been able to loose weight and keep it off!!!!! i feel soo helpless!! plssss i need wicked good advice on what to do because skool is only about a month away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ht. 5'4, Wt. :( - SOOO. i said earlier that i would post everything that i ate today so here it goes: Breakfast-apple (74), Lunch-lean pocket(280), Snack- Apple (74), Dinner-Pasta Roni (373 eek) and cauliflower(?). I couldn't excersize today because i had to babysit all day from 8:00-6:00 so i will have to do more all of the other days. I only drank water today so that is good. ANY TIPS!!! PLEASE!!!!

Ht. 5ft. 4in, Wt. 171lbs - OMG! I just went to GAP today, for the first time ever to see if I could fit in jeans. AS it turns out, I was able to get this slammin pair of darkwash, long and lean jeans! They were a size 12A (ankle cut) low-rise and showed off my cute butt! I looked so hot! I was so happy! THat's from a size 16 to a size 12, maybe i was buying unfited jeans idk but I was so happy! Anyway, food today: Breakfast: 1 small sticky bun w/ peacans, lowfat choc milk, banana/Lunch: 1 1/2 cups veggie lomen, (sp sorry) w/ water and a fortune cookie/Snack: fiber bites snack and fat free yogurt/exercise: walking! walking! shopping! Mom worked late so I was starving.
