Ht. 5'5, Wt. 142 - Hey guys, I figured I'd add in a quick update: My diet and exercise plan are going so/so. My doctor put me on birth control for my hormonal problem, and I'm worried that that might make me gain weight. I always have heard that it does, but I don't know if it is a myth or not. Anyways, I haven't been getting in a lot of walking, and my food intake hasn't been very healthy lately either. Because of that, I haven't lost anymore, and I think I've maybe gained a pound or two as well. :/ I'm going to jump back on the wagon before I slip too far. Which means, no more sweets. I figured since some were low calorie (I discovered a 180 calorie candybar and a 170 calorie mini angel food cake, which is pretty good considering how much some of those things have in them...) that it wouldn't hurt me, but it just makes me want... I do have an treadmill now, as well as a stepper. I walked 1.5 miles on the treadmill yesterday, and I'm aiming for 2 today, since I had a late start yesterday. Anyways, as long as I get down to 140, I'll be pretty satisfied, but I'd like to maybe get down to 130-135. As for the rest of you who are struggling, don't give up! It is sometimes a difficult road to weight loss, but if I can do it, all of you can as well. I've went from 182 to 142 or so, and I feel so much better about myself. I can fit in 11-13 in juniors, and last time I checked, I could fit in a 14 in misses, but I'd say I'm down to a 12 by now. That's about all the updates for now. Hopefully by this time next week, I'll be back on track. :) (view less)

Ht. 5'9 or taller, Wt. 200 - hi i have a problem with what i eat so at 1 time i felt realy bad about it but now im ok with it and im not just saying this because im big but i think its ok to have a lil extra junk in the trunk lol for my oppenion i think that people are to quick 2 judge someone if they're not a perfect size 4 or something just think how boring and weird everything would be if everyone loooked like and acted like paris hilton and nickole richie 4 1 thing if u starve yourself i feel very sorry 4 u and i think that people who do that need help remember my big brothers and sisters we are all beautiful even if we are a size 0 or 28 or more

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 235 - hey does any one have any tricks on how to not eat junk food? my parents by healthy food, but they will not stocking up on the ice cream, potato chips, etc. because "they want to eat too." but having those foods in the house make it IMPOSSIBLE for me to eat healthy. i have had countless talks with them asking them not to. so does anyone have any suggestions on how to not eat them?

Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 171lbs - Food today: Breakfast: 1 slice of light cheese toast ( i was on the run!) and glass fat free choch milk/snack: fat free yogurt w/unsalted almonds (all the calcium I need today!), and one small lowfat cookie (today was the last day of camp, i was craving something sweet, and I resisted fries and chicken fingers for 6 whole weeks!!!)/lunch: lowfat tuna sandwhich, banana, carton of mango nectar (that's mosty all juice, not a lot of sugary perseves!/exercise: 1 hr of mixed sports. we did some throwing contests with wiffleballs, hitting contests, base races ( i did really well for me--my time i was a little over 10 seconds!), and a long jump thingie. i'm also going to he pool now. So HOW AM I DOING?? ALSO TERESA THAT'S OKAY U DIDN'T REPLY, BUT SMART MOVE DELEATING YOUR MYSPACE!

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 197 yup i gained - well me and my friends have been getting up together at 9 to go walk at my local track wat we do is that we all call each other in the morning and noone takes no for anwser so if u say no to one of ur friends she wont let u everyone agrees that if you have to get up wants everyone is at the track we all run around the track one time and some of my friends are in shape so they kinna push u to wanna keep up with them so then we run that 1st lap and then if u cant run anymore then u walk and then ur 3rd or 4th lap u run again it feels great after u have done it for a while. good luck p.s anyone have any good eating tips?

I noticed that I'm on the computer or watching tv (I never used to watch it, but just recently we got satellite.) most of the day when I'm not out..at the store or with my friends or whatever. So what I plan on doing is doing ANY sort of excersize for an hour and half all day. It doesn't have to be INTENSE cardio..like just riding my bike around. Maybe some days I'll do more. Save the computer and the TV for when it's night and you're not able to go outside and excersize..so I'm going to try to come on here every night and just post how I'm doing and reply to posts. For my eating I'm going to do what I used to do when i got results..which is: eat breakfast (oatmeal, or small bowl of cereal, or fruit..) around 8-9. Then 11ish I'm going to eat a snack which is...
