Ht. 5'5, Wt. Too much - Well the heat wave around here is over for the most part. I'm starting to work out again. I'm adding in more because I am not losing inches anymore and my weight hasnt changed in 2 months.

Ht. ??, Wt. ??? - alright what is going on.....lasst friday i weighed 190 lbs, then i weighed myself last sunday and i was 200 lbs. Yesterday i weighed myself i was 196 lbs. And today i weighed myself and i was 193. And i weighed myself again like 5 seconds ago and now i weigh 196....why do i keep changing? Why wont it just stay 190??

Ht. 5'0", Wt. 143 - dancing! I tried it today! I know it's odd for a guy to be dancing, because for the most part onlygirls dance, but if it works, i'll do it! I put in a movie ( la bamba) that has good music and i danced to it. i know i looked like a fool and all, but i was sweating and my heart was beating faster! Has anyone else tried this?

Ht. 5ft, Wt. 132.5 - YES!!! I LOST 3 POUNDS LAST WEEK! SCORE!!! My brother is really into fitness and weight-lifting so he has been sorta like my personal trainer. Everyday I go down to my apartment complex fitness room and run a whole mile non-stop. It seems to be helping ALOT. I've also been making sure I eat right. You know, counting calories, that whole thing. My gosh I'm so freakin happy. BTW, I started out this summer at 140 pounds. :-D :-D :-D

Ht. ??, Wt. 160 - Hey, everybody. First i want to congratulate everybody who lost weight. I know how hard it can be. Anyways my whole life I've felt fat even when i wasnt. In elementary school my body developed sooner than my classmates and i got really tall. This made me feel fat, but i wasnt. I remember being nine and not eating anything for days. So ever since fourth grade ive struggled with my weight and since i kept on again off again starving myself i ended up gaining more weight because i was killing my metabolism. I ended up going up to 175 pounds when i was 16. Well i started a healthy diet a month again and im down to 160 pounds. Im doing it slowly and not setting any dates. Im just taking it a day at a time and everytime i mess up, i just get right back on it. I also dont starve myslef, because its the worst thing you can do. My goal is to be 110 pounds. Ill keep you guys updated on how im doing. Wish me luck.

Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 171lbs - Today: Breakfast: lowfat fiber muffin, water~~~SNack: yogurt with unsalted almonds, a little bit of dark chocolate (just letover, wont be eating again for a while)~~Exercise: 1hr of INTENSE PINGPONG!!!! walking around all day~~Lunch: 1 cup of whole wheat pasta mixed with half cup of spinach, smile slice of zuchinni bread (homemade, lowfat, with fresh veggies and salt free roasted peanuts), plum. I am going to eat mroe calcium later. How am I doing? PS I NEED MOTIVATION I WANT TO LOOSE ANOTHER @LBS BY SEPT AT LEAST SO THAT WHEN I GO BACK TO SCHOL I CAN SAY I LOST !%LBS!! ANY TIPS????

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 183 - The oatmeal that I am eating is perfectly fine, just to tell everyone ahead of time. And I know weightloss is more than counting calories, I'm just putting this all on here for like an online diary sort of thing. Anyways for breakfast I had oatmeal -260 cal. Lunch - turkey sandwich on wheat bread with mustard - 300 cal. 7 carrots - 20 cal. 1 glass 1% milk - 110 cal. Exercise - Hardcore tennis practice/drills 1 hour. Lots of sweat..icky. 30 minute bikeride. Appr. 4 miles. Hopefully it doesn't go downhill at dinner. :[ We will see. We're having spagetti/veggies..then cake because durr it's my birthday :]

Do not try to lose a lot of weight at one time just try to lose 5-10 pounds at a time so you r not stressed out about how much weight you have to lose.

Ht. 5'5, Wt. Too much - Well I looked at the nutrition facts on the mcdonalds website. number-wise, if you get a small something without anything on the side, the food isnt that bad. Then....I looked at the ingredients. High Fructose corn syrup, partially hydrogenated soybean oil.....all of which cause weight gain and poor health. The part of the ingredients that made me cringe though was seeing they use "liquid margarine." It made me want to barf. No thanks....I'll stick to homemade organic foods.

Ht. 5'6", Wt. (not sure!) - I was just wondering about mcdonalds' asian salad with grilled chicken. It's only 290 calories with everything....so it's low cal. But does anyone know if the salad is actually healthy for you?
