Ht. ?5'8, Wt. ??? - yay i'm 13! my birthday was july 10th. today i got back from a 2 week long road trip to idaho for white water rafting and it was sooo fun. i tried to do the ducky (inflated kayake) as much as possible cus that besides hike's was the only real excercise. I dont think i lost any weight if i didn't gain because the road part of the trip was tons of sitting and no excercise but i'll see tomorrow. I really would like to lose 8-10 pounds by the start of school (august 21). if anyone has some tips that aren't obvious (like eat right, excercise, and drink tons of water- which I have been attempting for a long time) please email them to me at eornitz@sbcglobal.net . thanx

Ht. 5" , Wt. 135 - Hi, I'm Catharine and I'm new here. I am here because I am unhappy with the way I look and feel about my body. I hope you guys can help motivate me to lose weight as I'll try to help you. I heard about this site from the magazine i get called GL (Girls Life). So far it looks pretty cool. My weight goal is to be down to 110 pounds by Christmas. Wish me luck!

Ht. 5'8'', Wt. 192??? - Hey Guys! I just joined. If you guys could tell me how to do things that would be great!! I heard about this website through a book I bought Calle "The Diet for teenagers only" by Carrie Wiatt and Barbara Schroeder. I highly recommend it!!! Ok so Today for breckfast I had an egg white omelete with cheese, i serving of cereal, and 1 cup of blue berries. I know that sounds like a lot but in the book it says to eat the biggest meal in the morning and then get smaller through out the day. That makes sense to me. I am on a 1400 calorie diet and have it broken down into 3 servings of grains or startchy veggies, 2 servings of fruit, 2 servings of dairy, 2 servings of protein, and 3 healthy snacks. I did weight watchers for awhile but I qained the weight back, plus I was always hungrey, today in my second day of this new diet. I hope to lose a pound a week. If you guys have any advice let me know!!

Ht. ??, Wt. 217 - well in 2001 i was about 12 going on 13 years old, i was about 115 lbs i was into sports and had lots of energy, then i met this guy and i knew in my heart that he was the one, at 14we started to get to know each other and i started to gain a little more weight, i was wieghing about 125 already, by the age of 15 i was in a size 13/14 and wieghed 168 lbs, i couldnt believe how mujch i weighed,i was sick of myself, so i started a diet, i drank lots of ice cold water anddid lots of fun activities like dancing and kick boxing, swimming ,getting out of the house and trying to get food off my mindi was so happy because i was down to a size 9/10 in just 3 weeks, i ate salads and friutes and if i wanted meat it was chicken breast grilled any way,at 16 i started getting sick and having sharp pains in my stomache, i coulnt... Ht. 5'5 , Wt. 190?? - every month i fast for 24 hrs ONLY b/c i have medical probs. and my doctor says it's good 4 me so i plan to loose 1 lb today i have a whole list of things like cleaning, walking, dancing. ect. and they all equal up to 3500 calories=1 lb is that good? (plus i will still drink my 8 cupr of water)

Ht. 5'8'', Wt. Around 190 - I was looking at a lot of peoples postings and a lot of people run a lot. Good for them but I can't run because I have really bad knees that I got from my das's side of the family. Anyone have any suggestions as to what I could do instead? I don't have time to go to the gym everyday. When I do I do the stairmaster, a resistance machine, and a little bit of weights. What cardio exercise can I do while I am at home?

Ht. 5ft 7 in, Wt. I dunno anymore - Hey I was on this site before but I got off and gave up on my diet and now I feel awful. I really really want to loss weight and I can't I go everyday looking at my self saying I wish I could loss weight. Can someone help me. My mom thinks I'm fine. My dad thinks I only weight 140 (I wish) He toook me to get my belly button peirced and I hated it. I have stretch marks on my hips (mine are from height growth though I had them when I was skinny so my mom took me to the doctor and he said due i grew 5 inches in a month I got them and I hate them) I really want loss some weight before school starts even 5 lbs would make me feel happy. Can someone give my advice on what they do and how much weight they loss thanks. I know I sound stupid but that's okay.
