Ht. -, Wt. --- - Okay...It's been one week since the last challenge: Exercise for at least 30 minutes for 5 days. Or, if you already do that, add 10 minutes to your workout. How did you do on it? Keep exercising!! Dont stop, because that challenge is over. Time for a new weekly challenge: DRINK AT LEAST 64 OUNCES OF PLAIN WATER EVERYDAY!!! Water is sooo important for general health, as well as weight loss. It helps to digest food, speeds up your metabolism and helps to flush out fat cells. Ht. 5'5, Wt. Too much - I am starting to cook for my family more often and introduce them to healthy, vegetarian meals. I explained to them why I am a little more hesitant to eating meat after biology class and they seemed to sort of understand. The best way to avoid meat? Cook instead of them! I am also trying to introduce them to Spanish culture and not just the mexican culture since i eventually want to study in spain, so i found a paella and a tapas recipe. They look really good.

Ht. 5'5, Wt. Too much - Someone mentioned earlier that the best way to tone arms is to lift weights. I've been doing 100 reps of 20 lb bicep curls everyday since April 8....my arms have bigger muscles when i flex, but they arent toning...they are still the ONLY place I have not lost inches. Its driving my crazy. I do bicep curls with 20 lbs (dont tell me its too much--i spent a year working my way up to it) and 5 lbs stretching my arms straight out while doing squats. I've lost 5 inches in my thighs doing it, yet none in my arms.

Ht. 5 3, Wt. 140 - its been 2 days since my operation to pull my wisdom teeth so i havent eatin that much and i lost like 2 lbs so im like 138 but i havent exc. they wont let me get out in the heat yet mabe after the swelling goes down and my checkup goes well im preety sure the weight will come back when i start my routine again

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 235 - i think i have just officially lost all motivation. i just came back from idaho where i was for 7 weeks. before i went there i weighed 238, 239, maybe 240 on a heavy day. the whole time i was there every time we went out to eat i ate salads. my eating habits changed drastically, i rode my bike for 6 miles 3 or 4 times a week, and yesterday i weighed my self, completley happy to see i was 230, 229 ish. then today i came back to tucson and weight my self here. 238. i didnt really eat yesterday, i weighed my self at the same time of day. this scale said my sister was 10 pounds heavier too, so maybe its just broken, but that still means i didnt lose any weight because if i did i would have been heavier than that before i went to idaho. i am now convinced that no matter how hard i try i wont lose weight. 7 weeks doing all that and im still the same. SOMEONE PLEASE PLEASE EXPLAIN THIS TO ME!!!!

Ht. 6'2, Wt. Sw:220 Cw:209 - I'm not really sure how but I've lost 11 pounds in the past week and a half. Is this healthy? I mean, I've been running a lot...like four miles a day plus the mile at practice and all the sprints and such that we've been doing, but weight is just falling off. Its cool cuz i've lost an entire pant size...but still, is this healthy?

Ht. 5-6, Wt. 155 - Hey guys!! just wanted to give some tips that i find helpful!! *For all you guys that don't like drinking water...you don't need to put that crystal light stuff in it! just try some lemon or lime!! it's so good!!! *try green tea or black tea!! it realy fills you up if your having some craving or you're just bored or something. it also speeds up your matabolism tastes good too!! *get some of those at home videos!! they're great!!! billy blanks tae bo videos!! yoga videos!! pilates!! just walking ones!! any arobics!! have fun with it!!! and your at home so nobody has to watch you but you!! *keep yourself busy so you're not tempted to eat!! *smoothies!! they are good for breakfast!! just throw in some fruit and low fat milk! and some ice!! blend it up!! it's HUGE and very few calories!!! *add cinnamon to anything you can!! i read in an article that it's a really good aide in losing weight!! comment me back! tell me what you think
