Ht. 6'0, Wt. 172 - hello...so i see all of you excercize for 1-2 hours a day well i only run/walk a mile and a 1/2 350 crunches and 100 squats every monday and wednesday and go to volleyball for 2 hours on tuesday and thursday should i be doing more on monday and wednesday?ive been loseing lots of weight but i wanna be really fit and strong too...how many of you go to the gym?

Ht. 5' 2'', Wt. NOW:150 G:130 - im officaly stuck in a rutt. i came here last august and well i have gained back 10pounds and i will be a freshman the end of august. Me and my current ex are in a huge fight over my freshman year (he is going to be a sophmore) cuz he does not want me to go to high school over weight so now im trying to lose weight but i cant get it to go away. I play soccer for 2 hours in the morning 4 days a week and swim laps at the pool twice a week. and sometimes more. i cut my eating down to alot less but i eat like 5 small meals a day but they arnt always small:( and that sucks do you have any advice to help me lose the extra weight buy like septemberish?

Ht. 5 3, Wt. 140 - hey everyone today i weighed in a 140 yay only 10 more pounds to go lol. i walked/run this morn and i ate cereal and a sandwich with an apple then some ham helper an some grapes but i needed sweets today so i had chocolate lol

Ht. 5'9, Wt. 175 - Hi I'm Sammy, I'm new here. This seems like a really cool site! Well my problem is last year, I used to weigh 150, and now I've gained 25 pounds!!! I used to eat heathly, but one day I just stopped and its been downhill from there. I ran track last winter and spring, but I was lazy and wanted to go slow. Then I used track as a exuse to eat everything and anything I wanted. My portion sizes are huge, I just can't stop eating, I eat when I have nothing else better to do. Every night I tell myself, okay tomarrow I'll eat heathly and start up running again, but it NEVER happens!! I'm not saying I want to be a size 2, I just want to be strong and fit. I want to look good for back to school, and right now my self cofindence is at a all time low. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!! thanks so much

Ht. 5'5, Wt. Too much - Have you guys heard of the show "Mo'Nique's fat chance?" Its a show where Mo'Nique chooses 10 overweight women to compete in a beauty pageant. I am just curious about what you all think of it. I am split on my view. Its great that these women are okay with who they are and don't want to compromise to fit in. I dont think people should be stick thin. Healthy curves are good. But these women are clearly obese--do you think it may be almost promoting that being overweight isnt a bad thing at all?

Ht. 5 3, Wt. 140 - hi everyone its been 2 weeks and 3 days today and i have lost a total of 5 pounds im very happy with my results only 5 more to go and i should reach that in the next 2-3 weeks dont give up and stay active also a great tip i have is go TO SLEEEP at a resonable time so u wake up earlier to eat breakfast and ur metablism works so much better lol

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 183 - I didn't have breakfast today because I woke up around lunchtime, where I had 1 serv. of key lime low fat yogurt - 230 calories. And one banana - 90 cal. (I know, I should eat more lunch, but I don't usually eat big lunches. Then for dinner, I had velveeta cheese noodles 310 calories. 46 oz. of water. Today was a bad day! Because I went into starvation mode. yes I know what I did, so don't yell at me. Anyways for excersize I walked 1.5 miles in flipflops! which kinda sucked. Then I went for a half hour vigourous bike ride. Then I walked 1 mile with my friend. Then I just got back from 45 min tennis/drills. Lots of sweat. It was around 95 today. Well I'm going to do better tomorrow, because my mom just went grocery shopping, and got all this good stuff.

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 170ish - Day 2 of my diet and I feel great. Breakfast...ceral and milk(300) Lunch...healthy choice(250) Iced Tea(0) Dinner...sandwhich(260) Chips (160) Pickles (10) Snacks..300--I had a grand total of around 1300 calories. I didnt do very much working out because i didnt want to overwork myself, I have 2 softball games tomorrow and its going to be over 100 degrees! So I went on a 20 min walk, half up hill. then i did some work on my arms with a medicine ball. Tomorrow is going to be a whole lot of sweat! Good luck Everyone!

Ht. 5''4, Wt. n/a - hi really need some good asvice! i have been likeing this boy named carl 4 about a year now! all my friends say that he looks at me but i always refuse to beleave it! we go to the same church and one time my friend avery and me were singing infront of everyone and my friends said he was smileing at me while we were singing. he is friends with my brothes clark and grant. he can be very quiet at times! i guess what i am getting 2 is do u people think he likes me? he is 15 years old so i dont know if he would like a 13 year old ! well please reply! thank u soooooooo much!

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 158 - I saw on TV what is a good breakfast. 1/2 boiled egg [scoop and toss out the yellow] and replace it with hummus. yummy. doctors found that ppl who ate an egg for breakfast are most liekly to eat 20%less at lunch [[: mhm mhm

Ht. 5' 4", Wt. 171 - Solo Activities...Got any ideas? I love to be active, I just have no one to do anything with. The wheel came off of my rollerblades, my gears are stuck on my bike, and I don't earn a jump rope...so, I can go walking and that's about it...got any cool ideas for things that I can do by myself and not look like a dork for doing?
