i have like 3 weeks till camp and i want to lose 9 pounds does anyone have some good ways to lose that much weight or tips for that matter ?

Ht. 6'0, Wt. 172 - ok hey guys im gonna try the Negative Calorie Diet this week look it up on google or something...it makes a lot of since and doesnt look that hard to do of course im still gonna excercize and stuff but i just wanna see is this really works...so ill post back on sunday and tell you how it went...ive been loseing 3 pounds a week so this week im gonna try and shoot for 4-4.5 ok BYE!

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 274 - oK so i am Like black so i went to bet.com yea anyways well there a healthy section oon there and i went to people who lost alot of weight well there is this lady who ate kellogs cerial for breafast and lunch and a slim fast shake for dinner and for her snacks kellogs vbar she tried this for three mouths and lost 92 pounds dont belivie me go to bet.com and go to healthy section and look that way. And after her doing that she just ate less but ate the same foods imma do that???

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 182 - Hey. My names Jessica, I used to be Orcy, but i haven't been on for a while. Anyway i used to be about 169 lbs, and then i started eating really healthy and got to be 159. then suddenly last august it ended and im the heaviest i have ever been. Anyway, i know hwo to eat healhty and excercise btu what do you guys do to keep you motivated? btw I'd like to be in the low 170s by the end of August for my doctors appt.

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 130ish?? - Hey I'm kaylee I'm at a healthy weight and I have desided this isn't a good site for me so I'm not going to come to it anymore. It's part of my goal of not spending all my time on the computer. I'm slowly cutting out the sites I go to untill I'm down to just 2 or 3. I'm doing it so I can get more active and healthy. Healthy weight doesn't mean I'm in good health. Ok the point of this post is to make a point to anyone thats worried about that piece of cake they ate or maybe those 3 chocolate bars. Have you ever seen a skinny person that won't eat chocolate and cake?? I don't think so?? What about just someone at a average weight like me?? I still eat cake and at least 200 calories of junkfood every day. Don't feel bad about a treat to yourself even if you have a small one every day. Your weight loss might be slow but at least your losing. Life is short so have desert. byebye

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 195 - well my vegetarianism is going pretty good so far and i think that it is helping me with my diet alot because theres so many unhealthy things i cant have now
any other vegetarians here who could give me tips or anybody at all for that matter ? im open to anything

Ht. 5"11, Wt. dont wanna kno - I went to myfreediet.com last night and today i tried it- it is all about portion control and im not that hungry and i feel good that i did it- it tells u what u can eat and how many servings u can have throughout a day... today i had BREAKFAST: 8fl oz orange juice, dry cereal (3/4 c.)w/ milk, apple-- animal crackers for snack(10)--LUNCH: sandwich with 2 slices of wheat bread, lite mayo, 2 slices turkey, 1 slice cheese, orange--DINNER: mac and cheese- 2 c., green beans, 2 c. milk--- 4 glasses of water and 2 pickles- which are good for u.... neways i think this is gonna help-- wish me luck!

Ht. -, Wt. --- - In case you missed the earlier post... this is the first weekly challenge!!!! Everyone who wants to can join. This week is: DO A CARDIO WORKOUT FOR AT LEAST 30 MINUTES FOR 5 DAYS BY NEXT MONDAY!!!!! I know a lot of you are already doing lots of exercise, and if you are, I challenge you to add 10 minutes to it for this week. Good luck everyone. Once or twice throughout the week, I might make a post seeing how everyone is doing on the goal, and then on Monday, it will be time to set a new goal, and talk about our success on this week.

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 280 - im afraid because last time i sorta got stared at because a thunner girl went on befor me and it took like 10 minutes to adjust the seatbelt because it was stuck and everyone stared at me..and i felt so weird. what can u do to loose weight in 2 days.

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 210 - i dont understand how some people are losing 3 lbs a week. i seriously feel like im just stuck. Ive been at this weight for a long time, and i excercise and eat ok. I usually bike for 30 minutes a day but now im thinking about jogging instead. it just feels ridiculous to go back on the scale and realize that you've been the same for a month or so.
