Ht. 5'6, Wt. 180 - Hey guys I'm really having trouble sticking to a healthy diet. I tell myself I won't eat certain things and then finding myself eating them anyways saying that I'll just start tomorrow. Nothing feels worse than breaking a promise to yourself. If you can't trust yourself, who CAN you trust? I need some *serious* motivation. I mean school is starting in less than 2 months (i think?) and that's motivation but it's not enough to keep me going for day and weeks and months! How do I lose 20 pounds fast? I feel like if I don't see results quickly, I give up.
I want to lose ATLEAST 10lbs by July 27th.
PLEASE HELP.

Ht. 5' 4", Wt. 173 - I need tips...seriously...I know a lot of the healthy things and stuff, but my dilema is that I'm going to Texas in a week to spend about a month with my dad. Last time I was there we went out to eat almost every day...sometimes we'd go out to eat more than once. I stil lost some weight last summer cause I didn't eat until we went out...but still. Also, I don't know how I can still excercize there. Usually I go walking with my friends, but my friends in Texas live too far away to go walking...got any ideas? Oh yeah, and my dad won't let me go far by myself...(isn't that just stupid?) so...any ideas would be great...

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 210 - For about the past two weeks I've been eating about two meals a day, and for some reason I'm not that hungry anymore. I use to snack all day, and now I don't feel the need to. WELL ANYWAY, whatever i'm doing it's working. i'm about seven pounds lighter and i feel a lot better.

Ht. 5"7, Wt. 230 - hey everyone i have another tip did u guys now that when u r drinking crystal light you are actually drinking water it counts as if u r drinking glasses of water and it only has 5 calories a serving i love it it tsates so good and i works just like i am drinking water

Ht. 5 ''9, Wt. 168 - Hi everyone, im so upset, for the past cople of months i have been weighing my self with some scales my mum had a few years ago, to find out yesterday that they were wrong and that i am really 7lbs heavier than i thought i was. i am devestated. Although, it has encouraged me to loose even more weight now because i was slacking a bit. If any one has any tips please tell me. I am determined to loose 3lbs by next week Friday, I AM GOING TO DO IT. im going on holiday this year and i wANt to look good in a bikini. wish me luck every one.

Ht. 5'7'', Wt. 350 - I know im 18 but I figured since im still technically a teen itll be ok. I hope you guys dont mind. Im at a serious weight, its becoming a problem. Ive seen alot of joke posters here, I hope you all take me seriously. Alot of things have gotten to me lately. I went to the hospital and the scale went up to 300 on the large numbers, then another 50 with the small numbers, and it barely read my weight. When I walk 2 blocks up to the corner store my back starts to hurt and I get out of breath. I want to lose weight and I always say im going to do it tomarrow, then the next day, etc. I want to do it now. Alot of the time i skip breakfast and ill have a little snack for lunch but not a full lunch, then I eat dinner. Seems like a good plan right? Well then during the night I get hungry and will eat all night before I go to bed. I need some advice.

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 160 - hey ppl! how is every1? i have been cutting back on the junk food and high calorie foods and been drinking alot of green tea. my cousin is a health teacher and she told me that green teas sweetness helps cut down on other more fattening things. plus green tea only has 70 calories and no fat grams!!!
