Breakfast = 1 lowfat vanilla yogurt cup
Lunch = small salad w/ 2 tbsp. raspberry vinigerrette, 3 strawberries, && 15 low fat sunships
dinner = not sure yet, probably two crackers with hummus and turkey.
EXERCISE = worked out for 2 hours

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 180 - Are you guys (the American ones anyway) going to diet on the 4th of July? My section of the neighborhood gets all excited and we throw a party and have a bunch of fireworks. I am not going to diet necessarily in that I follow my strict plan, but I am going to skip on the meat and go light on everything else. Portion control, but I am going to indulge myself in some yummy foods =D

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 141 G130 - I know how people say compare dont your self to other people just be your self but we have all been there i do it all the time even when i dont think about it we will all do it at some point in our life so as long as you remember nothing going to happen unless you make it happen so if you want to make a change you can do it dont let anyone hold you back i know i have someone holding me back but i would not let them and now im about 15Lbs smaller and im so happy

Ht. 5'3'', Wt. 140 - hey everyone, i hope things are going good for you. today i tried to cut down on eating because i stuffed myself yesterday. gahhhh. anyway, its about 8:40pm and all i have eaten is 3 peices of pizza and a cupcake. yeah i know its not the best thing to eat, but its a small quantity i guess (?). ill try to do better..of course..tomorrow.

Ht. 5"7, Wt. 233 - okay ever since a person is helping me im really motivated now well today im going to walk and exercise so its a new week and at the end of the week im going to see how much i lost im doing a water fast and exercising :) oh water fast means just water only

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 232 - yay also i forgot i got a new bathing suit it is a halter top where it ties in the back tankini and the bathing suit bottom is a bikinin bottom that has a skirt on it and there is a slit in a size 18 womens still big but 18 instead of 24

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 316 - hey everyone today was supposed to be the start on my preventions i Scerwed it on on the eating part cause i had a whole lot of hot puff chips I had 1 twistables candy a sauage and this moring i had 2 white castle bugers! so i mess up but i am not going to mess up on the excirse part i say in a hour i am going to do the excrise part and do it to the fullest. After this 3 week program i plan to eat healthy and then imma fast! Alot of people Will repost with all kinds of things but water fastting is to cleanse my colin makeing me lose weight without anything getting stick up my booty. MY doctor wanted me to do it and i told her about the preventions first so like everything planned out great! I Am waiting for the sun to go down then imma go walk my ass of and the do my core & streght traing BYE! please tell me if i can do anything to add to my excirsing r dieting!! r weightloss buddies?!?
