Ht. 5'4, Wt. 164 - hey! i just checked my weight and i weigh 158lbs! shoosh but im happy! the last i checked was 164 and it was like 2 days ago or sumthin. shoosh getting happy 4 nothing! haha. hey! does anyone know how u can lose inches instead of weights, but without going to Curves and all?

Ht. 5'5, Wt. Too much - Okay I am sick of weighing myself and seeing I gained 6 pounds or 10 pounds. I look like I'm shrinking. My skirts fit me again. I am almost a size 14 in misses!! I am going to weigh myself at the end of the summer and just worry about my health not my numbers.

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 160 - I'm so motivated yay! lol anyways I'm gonna swim laps for 45-60 mins a day.. go to the weightroom when i can or a run. Dance around alot. Drink lotsa water, diet ice tea (0 cals) and eat special K, fruit, veggies, slimfast, tuna, sometimes for a treat a hot dog., salads, wraps. etc. What do u think? I wanna lose weight b4 my bday! july 31st.

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 195 - Ahh I am in tears right now, and just got over (don't worry i am not going to do it!) finding ways to throw up, I realized that that would probably be a bigger regret than what ijust did. I was going to bake cookies...and well nothing has made it to the oven...i ate the whole thing. After calculating it has approximately 2000 calories :( and...(this is sickening)...200 grams of fat. :o I am sooo depressed right now, i don't know what to do. HEEELLLLPPP!!!

Ht. 5'9'', Wt. 200 - Well I started today a little late lol (i slept late) and missed breakfast once again. For lunch I had a homemade hamburger with the littlest bit of mayo and tomato. I also had like 3 frys and a salad since i missed breakfast and I was a lil hungry. For a snack I had 1/2 cup of raision brand with a tad of milk. Not the best but better than yesterday. Planning on going walk tonite.

Ht. 5'3'', Wt. 140 - this may not sound to great, but im about to eat a quarter pounder with cheese and fries. but it shouldnt be that bad since its almost 2:30 and it'll be all i had to eat today so far. gahhh i hate it.

Ht. 5'3'', Wt. 140 - eating isn't really my problem. exersizing is. since my parents are always busy/at work, we don't have much time to go out and exersize. and they won't let me run on our road outside, which i can understand because they are so protective. so im thinking about things to do indoors or in my front yard. like maybe crunches, playing volleyball, tumbling which i love to do a lot, stretching because i'm pretty flexible. things like that. but i can't really get any cardio in there. does anyone have any suggestions?

Lets say that tommorow I begin my healthy eating but I only do light exercise and lose like 5 pounds by July 21st. When I start intensely working out at the gym will the weight come off like I just started a diet plan? Just curious because I like how that works LOL...if anyone can help I would be greatful.

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 180 - Well today i am doing good cause for breakfast I had 1 bannana and then i went to the track with my dad and brothers and i ran/walk 1 mile and did 50 sit-ups and then for lunch I had a apple with some penutbutter and a class of milk. Happy 4th of july everyone.!!!!!!!!!!!
