Ht. 5'7, Wt. 232 - ok yay i lost another 3 lbs for a total of 68 lbs since jan of 06 i have a tip dont try crash diets cause you will gain it back my partner ben ben lost 13 lbs doing a cabbage sooup diet then the next week he gained the 13 lbs back and put our team back into second place once you start a diet you need to continue no crash diets

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 195 - i screwed up big time guys, i at lots of sweet tooth i ate those snackwell things, lots ok cookie dough, and like 10 choclate bits, thats only the part i mess up on, i also ate checkien beans salad, some more choclate and a cup of reg. coke...kill me..i did 1,000 jumpings jacks in sets and ran up the stairs 10 times

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 148ish - Hey guys! I just wanted to add a quick update. This week hasn't been the greatest. We didn't get a lot of walking in, and we ate at Pizza Hut Thursday and Cracker Barrel yesterday. My mom said we weren't going to eat out any this week though. It's a new week, and I'm revamping my program a bit. :) Weight loss seems to have gone a bit slow this week, because of my decisions last week. Anyways, I'm not letting this get me down. I'm definitely going to walk today, and I'm going to aim to walk the whole week. As you all probably know, it's been hard for me to walk in the past, because I always have to walk with a parent. My aunt called this morning and offered a treadmill to us! That'll definitely be some help. That means, I can get in a mile whenever I want it! My goals this week are 4 bottles of water each day,... Ht. 5'7, Wt. N:259 G:180 UG:130 - Well I'm back everyone :) I haven't gained *YAY* and I haven't lost :'(. I'm starting a new tommmorow morning. I finally have some basic essentials to get me through until my pay-day. I have my raisin bran, salad mixes and buns for my veggie burgers. That should hold me another 3 weeks lol. My eating plan will be. BREAKFAST-Bowl of raisin bran w/2% milk. Snack @ Work- 200 Cal rice crispy treat or graham crackers. LUNCH- Salad w/ fat free italian dressing. DINNER-Boca Veggie Burger w/ lettuce, tomato, pickles, organic cheese, mustard and light mayo. Dessert- Popsicle 40 cals only though. Exercises- DDR to burn lots of cals. I hope to lose 6-8 pounds by July 21st. Then I will be back to my weight before I gained alot and i'll be on track to start other foods and plus then I join the YMCA. Can't Wait LOL. How does this sound????

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 195 - this may be a stupid question but does it matter if you excersise in a/c . i was just wondering cause i heard its better to excersise when its hot as long as you have water to keep you hydrated cause you sweat alot more and it helps burn more calories but i like to excersise in a/c

Ht. 5'9, Wt. 200 - Ok heres my deal. School starts in exactly 6 weeks, and I wanna go back and look great. Im not exactly sure how much progress I can do in 6 weeks but I want to give it my all. Right now I walk about 45-55 mins 4 times a week. As for dieting in pretty lost, I babysit during the day and dont have much choice of foods but I try. I try my hardest when eating to eat smaller portions but Im bad for temptation like reallyyyyyyyyy badd, I dont have alot of will power. I live in south louisiana so we dont have the healtiest food. So if ya could give me some tips on how I can lose some pouds and look better in 6 weeks I would love that. Also how I can control my temptation!!!!! Thanks a bunchessss 3 Renee

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 316 - hey everyone today was supposed to be the start on my preventions i Scerwed it on on the eating part cause i had a whole lot of hot puff chips I had 1 twistables candy a sauage and this moring i had 2 white castle bugers! so i mess up but i am not going to mess up on the excirse part i say in a hour i am going to do the excrise part and do it to the fullest. After this 3 week program i plan to eat healthy and then imma fast! Alot of people Will repost with all kinds of things but water fastting is to cleanse my colin makeing me lose weight without anything getting stick up my booty. MY doctor wanted me to do it and i told her about the preventions first so like everything planned out great! I Am waiting for the sun to go down then imma go walk my ass of and the do my core & streght traing BYE! please tell me if i can do anything to add to my excirsing r dieting!! r weightloss buddies?!?

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 115 - hey, i always stop by here to check up on everyone. I think it was a year ago or something like that since i first visited blubber busters. My peak weight was around 145 pounds. CRAAAZZZYYY i know because i'm only 5'2. I've been loosing weight slowly but surely over the past year and now i am CURRENTLY 115! =) I walk a lot and do some quick 15 min ab workouts sometimes but THE BIGGEST SECRET TO LOOSING WEIGHT IS... go for healthier choices, watch your portions, stay away from JUNK (pop, candy, sweets etcc..), and this one helps you because you aren't as hungry: DRINK LOTS AND LOTS OF WATER. LOTSSSSSSS. fills you up like nothing else and is rly good for you =) I went from 145 to 115 guys, you can do it! I'm thinking of getting TURBO JAM (i live in toronto) any comments, suggestions, anyone want to be my weight loss buddy? =)
