Ht. 5'3, Wt. 192 - i havent lost much weight but ive seen a diffrence in my body type every morning me and my friends wake up at 9:30 every morning and we jog 1 lap around the track and then we walk the next four but now i run two laps and im 2 laps is a mile so i walk a mile a day it helps when u have friends that may be a little more in shape then u cuz then there a little better and it makes u wanna be that good but if ur friends are even at the same weight as u its fun to have a friend to jog along side of but if u wanna do it alone music helps ALOT to good luc u guyz

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 160 goal: 135 - Ugh k so ... i was doing awesome today.. ate 2 eggs for bfast with some multigrain toast.. then lunch i had a salad and a piece of chicken.. and a peanut butter nut bar thing.. but then i had a run in with chips and salsa.. salsa fine.. chips BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAD. AND then i ate chocolate.. i dont know why i cant do it.. ive already done it once and kept it off.. but now i just cant stick to it and its really bothering me. i feel gross.. k sorry just had to vent any suggestions would be lovely.. good luck everyone

Ht. 5'3, Wt. 151 - heyy everyone you should try this its called power yoga!! its really fun and really easy!! i only did 30 min. of it and i felt the burn. what it dose is tone your muscles and improve your flexibility!!

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 180 - Alrighty. [Breakfast] A bowl of cheerios [Lunch] A lean cuisine sandwich, and a bowl of grapes [Snack] A granola bar [Dinner] A salad, steamed vegetables, and a veggie burger. [Exercise] Danced for 45 minutes, Walked the dog for 35 minutes, Worked out with weights, Did my usual crunches,pushups,cardio. [Water]12345 glasses [Yes,I'm counting. Ht. 5f3, Wt. 226 - I thought of good tip ok try to make your self lose weight at a lesser goal such as maybe 5 or 8 pounds Instead of saying "O my goal is 30 to 50 pounds" because once u put your mind into it you might feel alil overwhemeled or stress like for example if ur small weight goal was to lose 5 pounds then reward yourself by getting a manicure or pedicure and lil stuff like that and as u get better in losing weight u can eventually go up alil like 8 or maybe 10 once u do that reward yourself again like as getting your hair fixed then take up alil notch like 15.. so I hope u ppl understand what im trying to say what im trying to say is start yourself with a small weight goal and once u reach it reward yourself ^.^ who says diets have to be boring? u can try this method instead

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 170 goal 140 - Coco butter helps for stretch marks. some people wanted to know how to get rid of them. it just makes them fade a lot and be either a shade or two lighter or darker than your skin.

Ht. 5'6 1/2, Wt. 155/156 - hey you guys. i was thinking... dont you guys think it would be a good idea if like... when people did lose weight and what not. instead of just having a "sucess stories" room. they should have a area where they just tell the stratagies they used to get there, and the diets they used!! i think thats the main reason people come here any ways... is to see what others are doing. what works. so who else thinks thats a good idea????
