However i have learned over the years to jus not care about wat they say. Ht. 5' 4", Wt. 172 - Okay so I have a sleep walking problem and apparently since we have cake laying around the house I woke up and ate like two pieces withour even knowing it and now I feel like crap because I feel like I shouldn't eat anything today because of it...I just don't want to be anerexic. I can't eat without feeling like a pig!!!!!!!!!!!HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ht. 5'0'', Wt. 150 - I did so terrible today. I had to work for 13 1/2 hours, and the only food thst was available was junk. I did ok, until about 4:30. In the morning I got up and ate 75 calories of Kix, lunch 1 1/2 pieces of french toast with a little maple syrup, snack a piece of watermelon and a handful of animal crackers, 4:30 snack:: a cupcake, serving of chips with dip, two rolls. Dinner: stuffed shrimp covered in butter and lots of it. Dessert: chocolate chips, a cookie, a tortilla covered in butter, some vegetables (i was feeling guilty) .. and I didn't stop eating until 10:30. I still am not full..but I know that I am hydrated because my pee is clear. I don't know what I am doing wrong. I did sooo well for three days, I actually felt more confident, and then I let one little thing get to me and I splurge! I don't know what to do- I think tomorrow I'm going to walk five miles or something. I feel terrible.

Ht. 5'5?, Wt. 150 - Alright week. I hopped on the scale Wednesday and noticed I had lost a few more pounds. Since then I've been a bit obsessive, since I only have 5-10 left to lose. We haven't got a whole lot of walking in this week. I missed Sunday, Wednesday, and then last night I only got a mile in. That was good enough, considering we were under a severe thunderstorm watch and it was thundering while we were walking. I still can't seem to get all 1200 calories in per day. That's a goal for me, to try to up it some. I think that my weight loss some, so my goal is to add in more healthy fruits and veggies to maybe add in some more calories. Ht. 5' 4", Wt. 172 - Okay so today so far I have only eaten the two peices of cake that I ate while sleep walking. In a way I feel hungry but at teh same time I feel like if I eat anything I will get huge and even if I don't get huge I don't want to not lose weight. I want to lose weight but it seems like lately all I have been doing is eating and gaining weight. My whole family is worried that I have an eating disorder (anerexia). I don't think that I do I just know that I am overweight and that I need to lose the weight for both health and self esteem issues. What should I do if I end up having a eating disorder...I have almost all of the early symptoms... I need help, like a self esteem boost would be nice... I just need help -Allie

Go for a 1.5-mile walk around my hilly neighborhood with my dog. Snack will be some more fruit or a serving of Triscuits® and organic string cheese. Then I will spend the afternoon reading, playing or whatever, doing summer homework for my college classes, etc. This summer I am going to start preparing more meals for my family and they will all be vegetarian dishes that are very balanced (and totaling 1200 calories for the day). After dinner, I am going to digest for a while and then go work out again. I will be adding Taebo for about 20 minutes also and during my treadmill time, I am going to try running for as long as I can before I need to walk again. I have a number of reasons why I wish to lose weight, primarily health. I started out at 5’4 205 and now I am 5’5 180. My goal by the end of the summer is to be about 155 if that is possible. I am most likely going to increase the rigor of my workout later on, but we’ll see. My motivation is new school clothes and my crush who is a friend of mine. I want to surprise him on the first day of school. I am also getting my braces off, cutting my hair 10 inches later in the year for Locks of Love, and I will be 16! Yay!! Ht. 5'7, Wt. 180 - Hey everyone! First of all, I wanted to thank everyone who replied to my post. Alexis, I will most definitely email you. It's good to know someone is going through a very similar situation! Anyways, So far so good. Today I had special k for breakfast, a lean cuisine meal for lunch, and a salad for dinner. 5 glasses of water total. I worked out alot today, crunches,pushups,weights. Then tonight, I got in a huge fight with my mother. I always go for the sweets when i'm upset. Well tonight i decided instead of getting out the cookies, i'd go for a run. So i did just that and i ran 2 and a half miles. I feel great and I really feel like this might be the summer I get fit for real. Good luck to all of you, and I hope you are all doing fantastic!! Ht. 5'2, Wt. 159 - Ok so if I do 4 miles on the treadmill everyday...and then do 35 crunches, lift 3 lb weights, eat healthy, healthy, healthy and drink lots of water all the time and no eating after 7:30 pm...which is all that I'm doing currently...how long will it take for my stomach to go in? it's a mountain!
