Ht. 5'8, Wt. over 200 - Hi it's my first time on this site. I need advice. I see what some of you do here to lose or maintain your weight. I'm really sick of being overweight. It's not the coolest thing. All the other kids live to put me down. I know I'm not alone, but still what tips could you give me for losing the weight. Because I know I'm well over my limit here. Please help me. I'm totally desperate!!!! Thanks.

Ht. 5'0'', Wt. 150 - I went to work, and I ate: only ONE roll yay! three pieces of dove chocolate, (ik, ik bad)a few slices of pickles, half a burger with only one side of the bun, and a small plate of buttered noddles. plus just a little bit of frosting from the cake. I think today I ate about 1200 calories (lunch: peanut butter toast, apple sauce, rice cakes) but it was mostly in bad things (butter, chocolate, frosting, roll) . Will it make me gain weight even though it was only 1200 calories? I am going to stay on track tomorrow because I don't have to work. And jeez when did people get so negative on this site?! this is supposed to be motivational!!! =/

Ht. 5'7, Wt. N:255 G:180 UG:130 - I've just found my remedy to drink loads of water. My dad has this coleman water cooler/jug that he barely uses. I just measured how many ounces it can hold with ice to chill it. It holds six, eight ounce cups with ice, it probably holds 8 without ice. After I finish the first jug I can just have 16 more ounces. I think this is a good idea seeing as I am starting at Ballys or the YMCA in July. But my goal for June 30th is 4 pounds. Wish me luck..oh and i'm gonna try rasin bran soon, hopefully it isn't gross lol

Ht. 5'5, Wt. Too much - Okay for the people that replied to my last post: did you not notice that I said the only thing I was adding was the taeboe to my regimen. I had been following everything else since April 8. I have lost 25 pounds since then. Its not hard for me to follow. I love following it. I am not vegetarian for health reasons either. I am vegetarian because in biology I had to dissect a baby pig. I diet/excersize 6 days a week, and then on the 7th day I weigh in and have a cheat meal. My cheat meal ends up being something with meat because although i find it kinda disturbing I still like the taste of it.

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 180 - Hi everyone! Just wanted to do my night time post =] Today I messed up a bit =[ Breakfast I had a bowl of special k. Then I left the house at about 12 to help my cousin set up for her 17th birthday party. We were cleaning for almost three hours. [the basement, upstairs, downstairs, the garage, and the backyard] Then when everyone got there around 5 I had chips & dip. ahhh. but they were fat free & so was the dip. so I guess it wasnt too terrible right? BUT then for dinner we had pizza. however i only had one piece. but i had a piece of cake too =[ I felt gross, so when I got home i walked my dog for 45 minutes and got home and did crunches, pushups, weights. I feel better i suppose, I just wish i hadnt had the cake and pizza. I feel like i screwed up big time. Well I hope tomorrow I can just get back on track... (view more)Ht. 5'7, Wt. 180 - Hi everyone! Ht. 5'5, Wt. Too much - Sorry for reposting. I just wanted to get more people's opinions because I decided to start my diet tomorrow. Set alarm to wake up at 10:00 AM so I do not have sleeping problems all summer. Shower. Eat two egg whites and a banana, grapefruit, apple or a couple strawberries. Go for a 1.5-mile walk around my hilly neighborhood with my dog. Snack will be some more fruit or a serving of Triscuits® and organic string cheese. Then I will spend the afternoon reading, playing or whatever, doing summer homework for my college classes, etc. This summer I am going to start preparing more meals for my family and they will all be vegetarian dishes that are very balanced (and totaling 1200 calories for the day). At that time I will do my usual 30 minutes on a heavily inclined treadmill, 100+ bicep curls with 20 lbs, 100+ squats, 100+ crunches. I will be adding Taebo for about 20 minutes also and during my treadmill time, I am going to try running for as long as I can before I need to walk again. My goal is to go from 180 to 155 by the end of the summer. Is this possible? (view less)
