Ht. 5'7'', Wt. 185 - I have done so bad lately!! Wow today I ate a lot and it's only 1:29 and everything!! Does anyone want to be my weight loss buddy! I have no one at home to help me so I have to do this by myself and it's hard!! I eat alot and no one like cares. Everyone in my family is skinny and all someone want to help me?? please!!!!! I need to loss like 30 lbs before August 24th anyone have a goal close to it to help me?? PLEASE!!!!!!!!

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 173 - Hi guys! Well today I decided to weigh myself to see if everything i have been doing over the past ten days has made a difference. I've lost 7 pounds! I'm so glad that i began this. Simply cutting the sweets and soda from my meals, Exercising daily, and not eating past 7 has helped me so much. I hope you are all doing great! Love, Delilah.

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 316 - hey everyone how yall been well ok i just got done excirsing u kn seeing how much i can do before i actually start my LIFE CHANGE. Ok i have a question why u excirsing its burning i mean hurting ok after you done and wash up i pretty much feel like i didnt do anything like it didnt help U know any one feel like that?? well imma start sunday its last 3 weeks but imma do 6 the lady who gave me the book lost 32 pounds her first 3 weeks so am pretty excited i hope this works for me and i feel bad cause today i hate 5 sloppy jo sanswiches and some water but i didnt eat it all at once i had to for lunch and two for dinner and a snack and now i am starving we have nothing in our house to eat!~~

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 180 - I'm attempting to boost my metabolism. I make myself work off at least half of what I eat calorie/carb wise. I also only eat a little bit at a time, whenever I feel a hunger pang. I eat 1200 calories spread out from when I wake up to about 7:00 PM. I hope its working. I want to be at least an American size 14 by the end of the summer (I am a 16 now). 155 would be amazing to be at the end of the summer, but I will settle for 165.

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 160 goal: 135 - hey guys.. so i lost 4 pounds.. yay.. anyways.. im gonna try a 7 day detox diet tomorrow. apparently you suppose to loose 14 pounds of liquid which makes you LOOk 20 pounds lighter.. and it cleans your system out and everything.. i bought the book so ive been reading that all day, and it gives very specific intructions if you start to get overly hingry ect. so yeah im gonna give it a whirl. ill check in tomorrow and let you guys know how the 1st day goes.. hopefully i can get throught it! good luck everyone

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 180 - Wow you guys, I did TERRIBLE on thursday. I was up until 6am, so I woke up at 2:30pm! I can not believe how late I woke up. I had a bowl of cherrios. Then around 4 I had a yougurt. Around 6 I was about to make dinner but my friends came over and we ended up going out. When I got home, it was almost midnight. My total calories for the day is 240! I didnt drink anything but the milk in my cereal, and I only walked one mile. I swear it was the most off day ever. I will do much better tomorrow. Hope you all did good. Love, Delilah.

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 201 - I was doing really well with my diet and exercise, but lately I have had trouble and gained some weight back. Ht. 5 3, Wt. 145 - omg im on day 3 of my excersise/diet program and i am still the same weight do u think its because im not excersing enough i mean i only do about 20 mins a day for breakfast i eat cereal at about 10:30 or 11:00 then lunch which is what ever they cook at home at about 4:00 then for dinner i usually have an appl or some other piece of fruit i need to get to a 135 by the time school starts plz help
