Ht. 5'7, Wt. 180 - Hi everyone =] Alright today [breakfast] a bowl of cheerios [afternoon snack] celery sticks [dinner] a healthy choice meal with beans,rice, and corn. Exercise, Walked the dog this morning. Worked out with weights for about 30 minutes. I'm going on my mile run in afew minutes. Then some cardio later. Total water; 12345cups. I need to work on drinking more. Well did I do ok? ALSO I have a question, is eating celery late at night bad? Because I ended up doing that last night =/ Hope you are all doing awesome! Ht. 5'5, Wt. - - - - - - - - - - hey yall, i am starting a new eating and excersizing to get down to a smaller and healthier size (mostly so i am confidant enoug to wear a bikinin to the pool so im not the only one in a 1 piece). for breakfast i had an apple. for lunch i hade 3 chicken strips and 18 fries :(. for dinner i had nothing (because the eating place at the pool colsed at 7:30 and i hadn't eaten yet. i also excersized 2 hours (cardio). is that okay and how much weight do you think i will lose in like a month?

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 152 - As you see my weight has changed ...I'm 152 now! I'm happy but at the same time sad...Since March 30 all I've lost is 8 lbs? which isn't good but oh well atleast I lost! :) Now I need to lose 22 lbs to reach my goal! Wish me luck!

Ht. 5'1", Wt. 226 - Hi I'm Audrey. I'm new to this site. I know that I'm really overweight and I'm short so it does well suck(sorry can I say that?) I'm looking for a weight loss buddy someone near my weight and height but unfortunatly I do not have e-mail or IM or a myspace so we would have to post messages or go in the old chat(my computer needs some plug for the new one to work). If your interested please let me know or please post advice. I'm not big on exercise so at least exercise as possible is what I'm looking for. Eating I'm ok with but when I see bread or pasta I have to have it. And also girls probably know this when it's our time of month I crave chocolate like crazy which I know is bad. I'm just looking for help so thanks for reading this.

Ht. 5' 4", Wt. 172 - OMG Today I went back to my aunts house and I went on the scale and it said 178 I gained 6 lbs and I feel like crap. My dad said that the scale was 5 or so pounds off because he weighed himself and it was off by that much plus I had just eaten and that had ot factor into it somehow...

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 175 - PLEASE HELP!! just yesterday my mom told me that i have a check up on the 15th of july. thats like 22 days. i am really nervous because i know i will have to be weighed. i am over weight, and really dont want my parents to know the actuall number of lbs. last time i went i weighed 142, after i went, i gained like 30 lbs in like a month or so. i dont know how it happened. i am just really insicure and ashamed. if anyone knows how to loose weight FAST, please tell me. i would appreciate it greatly, btw,, does anyone know some good workouts to loosing weight?? thanks so much please respond. you can email me at whitebreadhomeslice@hotmail.com

Ht. 5'0'', Wt. 150 - Ok since I worked 13 1/2 hours yesterday I went to bed around 12, so I didn't wake up until about 11:30. I felt so sick from everything I ate yesterday that I didn't eat lunch until about 1pm. I had a piece of toast with peanut butter, apple sauce, and two servings of mini rice cakes (140 calories). I am trying to not count calories too much today and just focus on the nutrients I am getting. I have to work again tonight (restaurant) and there is nothing healthy there, except they do have salads, I'm just never motivated to eat them when there is so much buttery and yummy foods around. How can I stay away from them?! I tried last time and I ended up eating soooo much. -Also, how am I doing so far today? I know I didn't really eat a "breakfast"..will it affect me that much?!

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 195 - Ok, so my summer goal is to lose a) 20 -25 pounds before camp (August 12) and b) to lose 30-40 by Spetember for school. My plan to wake up (after 8-10 hours of sleep) go for a 45min-60min bike ride to burn some fat, then have a fruit smoothie for breakfast consisting of 200-250 calories. Then I will do some resistance/ toning exerciss for 30 min. Later I will have a lunch of 300-400 calories. After I will go to the gym for 60-90 minutes. Come home have a snack of 150 calories (probably vegetables and a serving of part skim cheese). Now in this time slot I don't know what to do everyday, becasue I know if I am at home I will jsut eat...so any sugestions? Ht. 5'2, Wt. --- - Doing crunches or situps only TONE your muscle, they dont get rid of fat surrounding them. The only way to get six pack abs is to do CARDIO and then once you lose the fat around the muscle begin to tone the area.

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 191 - i'm 5'5 and i weigh 191 pounds. It's horrible. All of my friends are smaller then me, when i hangout with them i always feel ashamed of my body. Just by looking at me you wouldn't know that i weigh that much. I'm starting to not eat anymore. I need help someone who has advice plz help me.
