Ht. 5' 4", Wt. 172 - Hey it is me again... I have to go to another b-day party for my bro today because my mom wants to become a part of our lives and so she is making cake and home made ice cream to celebrate and I want to eat it but I have been cheating alot so I tryed to eat as little as possible today tell me if I deserve the cake Breakfast= an apple and granola (150 calories) Lunch= a turkey sandwich with just mustard (150 calories) Snack=Chocolate Tart and a pick up bar (200 calories) and my supper will be= a turkey sandwich with just mustard (150 calories) or a bagel (150 calories) or a english muffin (150 calories) do I deserve the cake?

Ht. 5'3, Wt. C:130?? G:120 - Does anyone know anything about how good or BAD diet sodas are for you?? It seems like everyone trying to lose weight that I know or just trying not to gain weight is drinking tons of diet soda. I persanaly can only have it once every week because it bloats me to where I look like a pumpkin. Plus I'm not to much for the taste. I never was a huge soda person incept for when I would visit my dad. I'm only asking this because I'm going camping this weekend with my dad and he asked what type soda I wanted. I told him water for me and my friend likes Sprite or Diet Pepsi. He asked what I would drink and I said Diet Pepsi but I don't want any. So I probably will only drink it if he didn't get water. But I am bringing water for myself anyways. I also said cereal for breakfast and apples for snacks. I plan on only eating half of his bbQ steak. Any other advice for a unawhere dad and camping with a skinny friend that can eat anything??

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 160 G-120 - okay i had breakfast at 9:45am, and it is now 2:21pm and thats all i have eaten today, and a water bottle. my stomach is growling a little bit, but i feel like i just ate. so should i eat anyway?

Ht. 5'0'', Wt. 150 - How'd I do today? Breakfast: Kix with 1/2 cup of skim milk (150), Lunch: Lean pocket (280) grapes (40) and carrots with 1 tbsp french onion dip (50). Plus a propel during the day (25). Dinner: 1 flatbread (100), 17 twizzler bites (130) 6 bagel chips (130) and 1 1/2 cup of chicken noodle soup (150), making my total 1055. I know that is less than 1200 but I am sooo full right now, and throughout the day I was satisfied? I think my stomach may feel a little sick because I haven't had any junk food at all this week so I treated myself to some twizzlers because I was way under calories. ?? responses ?? Oh and for physical activity I did some toning for about a half hour, crunches, lunges, squats, etc. and played tennis for 45 minutes and just hit the volleyball around for 15. ??

Ht. 5'9, Wt. who knows - Okay so i work at subway...... and i was looking at the labels and such we have back there... the best sandwhiches for you are obviously the turkey, ham, and veggie. The tuna has a TON of regular mayo which is 110 calories per tbl spoon. and when you ask for mayo on your sandwhich, its actually light mayo, but the customers cant tell the difference, but still thats good!
and so yeah i just thought id help out since subway is a hott spot for dieters!

Ht. 5'0'', Wt. 150 - I just found a great way to get rid of love handles, thanks to toneteen.com: Side Crunch
1. Lay on the floor as if you were doing regular crunches. Starting at your waist, turn your legs completely to the left side. Place your hands behind your head for support.
2. Lift your head up slightly off the ground as if you were doing a regular crunch.
3. Lower your head back down so it almost touches the ground. After desired number of reps is achieved, repeat exercise on other side.
Tip: To avoid bending your neck forward and straining it, try keeping your eyes on the ceiling while doing the crunches.

Ht. 5'3, Wt. 225 - hey thought i would stop by and tell everyone how im doing...i think im doing alot better had a bowl of cheerios this morning and for lunch i ate a ham sandwhich and supper i ate half of a chicken sub...the only thing i didn't do was drink water and after supper im going for a 1 hour walk...

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 160 G-120 - my mom told me that my love handles are a lot smaller. i was going into my pool with my cousin/weight loss buddy and she was on the deck watching us and she was like omg britt ur love handles are getting smaller! and i was like thanks. my mom just lost over 50 pounds so now she is noticing it on me too =]

Ht. 5'0'', Wt. 150 - OHh and a really good sight to go to is MyPyramidTracker.com...you create a user name and then it asks you if you want to maintain your weight or gradually loose weight, and you enter your current weight, height, etc. and it will tell you how many calories to eat a day. It also lets you input all the food you have eaten today, along with your physical activity. It tells you how many ounces of meat, carbs, fruit, vegis, etc that you can have. It limited me to 125 calories of junk, so I think that is a good goal. It might be of help to some of you who can't follow a strict plan, because it is letting me eat 1600 calories a day and still loose weight, as long as most of those 1600 aren't junk! Good Luck!
