Mmk Today I woke up too late [around noon!] So basically [Luch] A bowl of cherrios [because if i eat something that isnt a breakfast food after i first wake up, i would throw up. I don't know why] [Snack] Yogurt [Dinner] A salad, A lean cuisine sandwhich, a cup of oranges. [Water] 123456 [Exercise] Ran a mile & then did my normal crunches,cardio,weights. Total calories 985. I know that is terrible, but it's because I missed lunch. Well, Hope you are all doing awesome! I've had my period since sunday and I feel heavier =[ That is normal right? Ht. 5'7'', Wt. 185 - Hey everyone. Can anyone tell me how I did. I had a bowl of strawberries and grapes for breakfast. For lunch I had popcorn chicken and 7 pizza rolls. For dinner I had rigatonni and 4 meatballs. I walked a mile and did half of my 200 sit ups. (100 more to go) I probally do some more exercises later. Tell me how I did PLEASE

Ht. 5 3, Wt. 145 - today was a good day it is now 9:23 and i am hoping i can resit food until tommarow i excersied twice today once at home and the next at the gym. i hope i can keep this up and hopefully get to my goal weight of 135lbs and keep my self in tip top condtion so i dont end up like one of my class mates who is constantly picked on by other students.

Ht. 6'0, Wt. 178.5 - ahh! 178.5! my birthdays in about a month so cant wait for all the new clothes im going to get for school! fourth of july is comeing up and i cant wait! cuz were haveing a big party!...but my moms planning this huge dinner with red meat (steak hamburgers a cow) potatoes and corn and stuff and lots of desserts...i dont eat red meat and i havent had potatoes or bread in a couple months but she said shes gonna make me something healthier so thats good haha...ohh yeah and im addicted to coffee now i got the flavored folgers kind it says on the internet it has 0 calories and i add a little splenda in it to so that doesnt add anything but do you still think its bad for you?...reply plz BYE!

Ht. 5'6, Wt. S:280 N:255 G:170 - I can't believe I have gained, well yeah I have been off my diet for a while. I'm so sad about it though. I am going to try to lose 2 pounds by the Sunday and 8-10 pounds by the time I start at the YMCA or before then. BREAKFAST-Raisin Bran w/lowfat milk-- SNACK-Apple-- LUNCH-Salad w/fat free italian dressing. DINNER- Boca Veggie Burger & a salad. Exercise--DDR & stationary bike. Hopefully as I go back on my diet I will see the same sudden results that I did before. Wish me luck and good luck everyone else :)

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 180 - Well I flat out refuse to believe that i gained 10 pounds because of things other than my period or muscle gain. I look thinner than I did my last weigh-in. One thing I have noticed throughout my weight loss is not that I am necessarily smaller, I just look and feel more toned. I am not going to weigh myself this saturday like i normally do because i will still be on my period. I am going to weigh myself next week and hope that i lost even more. If i lose the water weight and then some I can be like "dad i lost 12 pounds!" and watch as he flips out ehehehehe...anywho i hope you all are having good luck with your diets!

Ht. 5'3, Wt. 151 - ok my parents a showing me no support on this diet... i told my mom about it and then she said she was gonna bake cookies to celebrate!!!! its like she didnt even hear me!! and now she is bakeing cinnimon rolls!!! and ive repeated it like 5 times! i hate it how she shows me no support!!! like i was a veggitarrain for 6 months solid and all she did was cook meatty stuff!! then she would get mad because i wouldednt eat it!! its like she dosent want me to be my self!! i just cant stand it!!!!!!!!!

Ht. 5ft8in, Wt. 160? - Hey everybody! Im Kyle and i really want to lose at least 20lbs. For about 2 years i have been unhappy with my weight and i say i will start a diet but i dont stick to them and i end up binging and as a result i have put on about 20lbs in about 6 months! I am going on holiday in 5 weeks and i really want to have lost about 10lbs by then and have toned up quite a lot. If anyone is around me weight (dont have to be the same height) and is wanting to lose weight like i am then please email me or add me to msn: xx-20-kyle-06-xx@hotmail.co.uk Anyway today i have started my diet so here goes: bfast- bowl of special k and full fat milk (its all my mum buys im going to get her to buy half fat next time) snack- some grapes lunch- sandwich on wholemeal bread with 1 slice of ham, cup a soup extra. snack-apple dinner-cheeseburger on a roll and salad drinks- 3litre of water exercise-40 min walk and 40 min jog/powerwalk. Ht. 5'3, Wt. 192 - i havent lost much weight but ive seen a diffrence in my body type every morning me and my friends wake up at 9:30 every morning and we jog 1 lap around the track and then we walk the next four but now i run two laps and im 2 laps is a mile so i walk a mile a day it helps when u have friends that may be a little more in shape then u cuz then there a little better and it makes u wanna be that good but if ur friends are even at the same weight as u its fun to have a friend to jog along side of but if u wanna do it alone music helps ALOT to good luc u guyz

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 160 goal: 135 - Ugh k so ... i was doing awesome today.. ate 2 eggs for bfast with some multigrain toast.. then lunch i had a salad and a piece of chicken.. and a peanut butter nut bar thing.. but then i had a run in with chips and salsa.. salsa fine.. chips BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAD. AND then i ate chocolate.. i dont know why i cant do it.. ive already done it once and kept it off.. but now i just cant stick to it and its really bothering me. i feel gross.. k sorry just had to vent any suggestions would be lovely.. good luck everyone
