Ht. 5'7, Wt. 234 - i know i have a different ip number that is because i am on another cpu todays cardio 30 minutes of the cbek arc trainer burning 600 calories then tonight an hour on the cybek arc trainer burning 1270 calories then 30 minutes of weight training that its todays workout

Ht. 5 3, Wt. 144 - well i lost one pound today and am now at 144 and today is my fourth day of diet and excerscise the main thing i do is excerscise everday and eat only when i am physically hungry wich is about every 6 to 7 hours i eat a good breakfast and lunch but i stay up pretty late so for a late time snack i eat fruit
