Ht. 5'0'', Wt. 150 - Today I think I only ate about 1000-1200 calories: Breakfast= 1/2 toast with 1 tbsp of peanut butter (135) Lunch= Lean pocket (280), a cup of strawberries (28), Snack= a handful of grapes (20), Dinner= two bowls of cereal (300??) with skim milk and (this is the bad part) FIVE pieces of organic flatbread. They are like crackers, but they are about as big as a graham cracker. They have about 75 calories EACH. 5 x 75 = (375) so, total for today was 1138. I also didn't do much exercise. I walked .5 miles, played vball for 15 minutes, and had this self defense class thing, but none of those got my heart rate pumping. I just don't have the time to workout plus everything else- and my tennis class was canceled due to rain! Ah I feel terrible today. And I gained a pound.

Ht. 5'3, Wt. C:130?? G:120 - I have a couple food questions: 1)What is the best for you light/fat free dressing. I always have Ranch at home and I feel like I destroy the salad by using it. 2)Does whole grain pasta taste good?? I'm not normally a grain person. 3)Is Wheat Berry bread ok?? 4)Does anyone know any healthy and simi quick and easy lunches to make during the summer?? I'm pretty open to trying any type of food so...any?? My e-mail is blacknsilver4ever09@yahoo.com if you have any resipies.

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 180 - Hi everyone. I just found this site today, and I think it looks like theres a huge amount of support here. My names Delilah, I'm 16 and weigh almost 180 pounds. I'm 5'7. I've been on diets and lost a good amount of weight, but like i'm sure you all know, diets get boring. I can never seem to stay on one. Now once again, summer is here and I really don't look forward to going to the beach with my 120 pound friend. I'm sick of not being able to wear cute things because i look so heavy in them. I just really need some help to get fit this summer. Can you guys suggest some diets that have worked for you and gave you some great results? Oh also, does anyone know a good workout for your underarms [you know, the terrible flab!] I was thinking pushups probably work? I just want to shape them up so I can wear tank tops and stuff. I look forward to talking to you guys. Any advice is greatly appreciated =] Thanks so much!
3 Delilah

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 159 - Quick question: Why do some people say that bananas are not good for you because they're fattening?......I thought they were good for you since they are a fruit and full of potassium.

Ht. 5'4'', Wt. 140 - I have a sort of weird question. Okay, so you know how when you lose weight slowly and correctly your skin tightens? And when you lose it extremely fast and the wrong way your skin can look baggy and loose? Well, I was wondering if, during puberty, you gained some weight fairly quickly. Not really a lot of weight but fast so it gave you a few stretch marks because of it. Well, now you're taking it off the right way... I know they say stretch marks never go away but as the skin tightens, do you think there's a chance they will go away? I mean, I have light skin...I'm mostly talking about that rippled look stretch marks give. I'm asking you guys because some of you probably know about sort of thing from expierence... and since I've researched it, I want to know more from people who've actually expierenced it instead of trusting what a book says. Thanks for reading this and for any reponses I recieve!

Ht. 5' 4", Wt. 172 - Okay I am sorry for posting so much but I am excited I took a 3.5 mile bikeride and am taking a 3 mile walk after dinner with my aunt so I think that is good. ALthough most of my bikeride was going down hills I still did pedal and I swam too...and spent most of the day chasing around my two little cousins. I love having people to talk to it keeps me more motivated to know that there are people out there cheering me on while I cheer them on too. -Allie

Ht. 5' 4", Wt. 172 - Hi this is Allisha again, today I think that I was really good... I ate an apple for breakfast, a turkey sandwhich on a pita pocket (contents turkey and mustard), and a snack which was where I went wrong I had a cup of soft serve vanilla ice cream which I heard wasn't that bad because most of the stuff in vanilla ice cream is half a cup of actual hard vanilla ice cream and a bunch of air and tonight I am having a ceasar salad with non-fat dressing. Tell me how I did!!! -Allisha (call me Allie)
