Ht. 5 ''9, Wt. 168 - Hi everyone, im so upset, for the past cople of months i have been weighing my self with some scales my mum had a few years ago, to find out yesterday that they were wrong and that i am really 7lbs heavier than i thought i was. i am devestated. Although, it has encouraged me to loose even more weight now because i was slacking a bit. If any one has any tips please tell me. I am determined to loose 3lbs by next week Friday, I AM GOING TO DO IT. im going on holiday this year and i wANt to look good in a bikini. wish me luck every one.

Ht. 5'7'', Wt. 350 - I know im 18 but I figured since im still technically a teen itll be ok. I hope you guys dont mind. Im at a serious weight, its becoming a problem. Ive seen alot of joke posters here, I hope you all take me seriously. Alot of things have gotten to me lately. I went to the hospital and the scale went up to 300 on the large numbers, then another 50 with the small numbers, and it barely read my weight. When I walk 2 blocks up to the corner store my back starts to hurt and I get out of breath. I want to lose weight and I always say im going to do it tomarrow, then the next day, etc. I want to do it now. Alot of the time i skip breakfast and ill have a little snack for lunch but not a full lunch, then I eat dinner. Seems like a good plan right? Well then during the night I get hungry and will eat all night before I go to bed. I need some advice.

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 160 - hey ppl! how is every1? i have been cutting back on the junk food and high calorie foods and been drinking alot of green tea. my cousin is a health teacher and she told me that green teas sweetness helps cut down on other more fattening things. plus green tea only has 70 calories and no fat grams!!!

Ht. 5'5, Wt. Too much - Today I worked out pretty well and ate pretty well. I was busy for most of the day (I got new shoes to go with my new "skinny outfit") so I didnt get many calories in. I got them in at dinner though. In the morning I ran a mile, in the afternoon i went on a long walk around my hilly neighborhood with my dog and in the evening i did crunches, squats, a little more running, and bicep curls. I ate meat today =( I couldn't help myself--I needed the added calories.

i am in an endless cycle.
i overeat and binge EVERY.NIGHT. and as i'm doing it i just think to myself,"its okay...ill diet tomorrow."
i don't know what to do.
i just finished pigging the frick out and feel disgusting and horrible. i NEED to stop this. and please don't respond saying,"when you feel like you're ganna pig out go keep yourself busy!"
i try. and then get hungry and eat nonstop.
its always at night.
blah i am feeling very down

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 150ish - well i woke up this morning read to change. i'm so ready to be happy with my body.
also, fuze slenderized are really good. theyre only 20 calories per bottle and theyre frickin big. im drinkin a tangerine grapefruit now and its really yummy.

Ht. 5'5, Wt. Too much - I just ran 1/2 a mile without stopping. It hurt but felt oddly good at the same time. My goal by the end of the summer is to run a full mile without stopping. I have never been able to do that so it should be good. I'm going to stop weighing myself so often because it just frustrates me. I'm going to focus on how my clothes fit and how much i work out. I'll prolly just measure myself.

Ht. 5 3, Wt. 142 - hey everyone its me again lol i just wanted to let everyone know what i ate today i eat a piece of fruit for breakfast or cereal and for lunch i eat what my family cooks but i take half of that and put it on the side for dinner so i basicly just spread my lunch into 2 meals lunch and dinner. This is really important DRINK LOTS OF WATER or if u have those sugar free no calorie single packets people put in water to make it taste better use that they have no calories

Ht. 5 3, Wt. 142 - so its been like 11 days since i started and its like bieng in rehab its so mind blowing i changed my sleeping pattern b/c it really helps i didnt eat breakfast but i wasnt hungary so there was no point i drank a lot of water tho a whole liter wow thats 33 ounces i dont know if im going to be able to ex. today it think i mite go walking and then play some ddr but if i dont walk i will play ddr for 30 mins im trying to get into the habit of going to bed around 11 and waking up early enuf to walk in the mornings

Ht. 5' 4", Wt. 173 - Hey, here's a tip. Brushing your teeth every time after you eat has been proven to help lose weight because it sends a message to your brain that you are done eating, and it also is "suppose" to erase cravings...

Ht. 5'5, Wt. Too much - I am getting so annoyed. I weighed myself and I am officially up 6 pounds. I used to be 180!!! Ugh this is so frustrating. It feels like all the work I had done is reversed now. People keep telling me it could be muscle if I can almost fit into 2 sizes lower and that i would notice that much weight gain before i got on the scale, but being this big, shouldnt i still be losing if i am doing that well?
