Ht. 5'4", Wt. 159 G-120 - well i am happy that i broke the 160 mark. i think i have lost more weight bc i have been going on bike rides and walks everyday. i hope i did, but i dont want to weigh myself until tomorrow. so i will see. lets hope i lost. good luck to everyone =]

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 183 - ugh, eating healthy is so hard. I just want to give up =(. but i can't. i wont. anyway, so far today i didn't do too too bad. for breakfast i had light yougurt and a kashi bar, but then for lunch i had a turkey sandwich on some kind of bread that wasnt white bread, and it also had 1 peice of cheese and a tiiiiny bit of light mayo. also i had tons of veggies and fruit. Like, probably atleast 3 cups. Which i know is bad because i Didn't portion it out but its all low cal. so maybe its ok?? anyway then for a snack i had 2 100 calorie packs. for excercise i walked abotu a mile to my friends house then we did a 55 miunute tae bo boot camp video. it was fun =). tongiht for dinner i think i'll make myself a wrap with chicken and lettuced (its about 300 calories) and maybe some salad because im going to the movies tonight and ill probably get something. anyway, did i do that bad today?

Ht. 5'9, Wt. 175 - Hi guys!! My friend and I did a tae bo boot camp tape today by billy blanks, and it was really a lot of fun!! It pretty much kicked our butts because it was hard, but we finished the entire hour long tape together, and we cheered eachother on!! I recommend working out with a friend, its so much better!!

Ht. 5'1, Wt. 189 - Ok, I just found out who my roommates will be at college in the fall. They're both incredibly thin and incredibly beautiful. And I also found out who our suitemates will be and both of those girls are very thin and pretty too. I'm going to be living with 4 very thin, very pretty girls for the next year. I've always considered myself a confident person but I'm telling you, my insecurities are screaming right now. I suppose this is just motivation for me to lose more weight. This will be ok. I really hope that's the case.

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 203 - ADVICE! add lemon into your water and even honey to add sum flovor and it helps with weight loss.. and i recently started doing 2 miles a day for i walk half of a lap and run the rest for all 8 laps and its only been bout 4 DAYZ and ive already LOST 2 POUNDS! and i eat the same..like bread and all that so if i cut down on that ill probbly lose more..

Ht. 5'5, Wt. Too much - I woke up at noon so I ate vegetarian chili with some saltines crumbled into it. Later I ate 3 egg whites and an organic fruit bread thingy. For dinner I had a tortilla with cheese melted on it and I put tomatoes, lettuce and onions on it. I didnt work out besides my long walk, but i surprisingly dont feel as big as i usually do before i go to bed and my stomache is rumbling with hunger. My dad is going to find my some tofu in chicken flavor so i can get more protein than just my egg whites.

I haven't been eating much so I could try to shrink my stomach (inside). ugh I just feel like crap, not to mention how this guy likes me but he's skinny and is in track and it makes me get all depressed cause he's so skinny and I wonder how he could like me not being so skinny, eh enough of my ramblings.
