Ht. 5'4", Wt. 159 G-120 - omg i have been doing so bad...i go for like 4-5 mile bike rides everyday...and then i swim for like 5 hours total everyday, but then i have like 3 cookies before i go to bed...i am so bad =[ help!

Ht. 5'6, Wt. more then it should - ok so i havent gained any this summer ive stayed about the same... but yeah im still not happy.. because i have been promising myself oh im gonna lose fifteen pounds blah blah blah the normal stuff and yeah it never seems to work for some excuse or another so yesterday i was talking w/ one of my friends and she is in the same situation..shes wants to lose some but has no motivation.. well we both like to run so we decided we are going to start training for a 5k race which will be in october..we are hoping to do three of them and actually place but until then we are training and so to my point does anyone have any clues about what to eat that will give you energy..i know no junk not alot of fruit...eat veggies protein and all that stuff but you know stuff you hear like oh carrots do this or something well let me know!

Ht. 5'6'', Wt. 2325235 - yeah mikalaya your right..my brother was overweight and he never weighed himself or counted calories. he just started eating healthy foods and drinking all water and milk and he lost all of the weight and how hes muscular from lifting weights..

Ht. 5'10, Wt. 220 - i would like to lose sum weight just like evrey other teen can i get sum advice. by the way i live in a big city (NYc) do you know any good cardio excercises.

Ht. 5'5, Wt. Too much - I see a lot of people on here stressing/obsessing about pounds. My advice: chuck the scale. For a number of reasons, but primarily because it doesnt count in muscle and bone mass and it doesnt give you an accurate account on your health. If you base your life around numbers, then you might be jeapordizing your health to achieve your ideal. If you measure yourself weight loss is more of a joy.

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 190 - hey guys~ i am 16 years old and i weigh like 190lbs..i just wanna lose a little bit of weight for back to school (25 lbs at the most).if anyone could give me advice on how to lose it,that would be awesOme =) thanx...write bacK!! (oh and another thing i should tell some people is that eating one meal a day WILL NOt Help you lose weight at all...when you are use to eating like 3-4 meals a day,and then you start eating like 1 meal a day,your body doesnt know what to do...so then it goes into starvation mode and it thinks u r starving yourself so you will start to produce more fat cells and maybe even gain weight...but if you lose weight by doing that,if you go back to eating like you normally did...u will gain weight double because now your body is consuming more than that 1 meal a day)

Ht. 5ft, Wt. 135 - Ok for lunch I had a veggie burger and 3/4 cup of low fat cottage cheese with triscuts with Crystal Light and for the first time probably ever I didn't have a mid-morning snack! I also went swimming for about 45 minutes in 6ft deep water so I was constantly moving.
