Ht. 5'6, Wt. 180 - Woohoo Sunday is weigh in day:D From 2 weeks ago I have lost a total of 5 1/2 inches over my bust,waist and hips (all together) and a total of 6 pounds! I must have traded in a lot of fat for muscle, which is great news:) I was thinking earlier this week that I just wasn't seeing the results but the measuring tape told me I was wrong and now I'm in a great mood, today I ate very well, did 50 crunches and went on the treadmill for 40 mins (250 calories burned off) and I feel great!!! For those who aren't seeing the results just keep up whatever you're doing because when you do (and you will) it's all worth it, and it only encourages you to work ever harder. Good luck guys, I still have lots more to loose.

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 180 - Hey y'all! Just checking in to say what I've eaten today... 9:30 AM - glass of 1% milk with protein shake mixed in (lots of vitamins : vitamin D, B12, vitamin C, vitamin A, fibre, calcium..all sorts! 1:00 PM - pita bread sandwich (turkey, lettuce, mustard, light cheese) 3:30 PM - 2 vegitarian soft tacos 9:00 PM - 1oz of steak (1 serving) with steamed broccoli and onions. I think I did really well today:)

Ht. 5'1", Wt. 160 - ok so today i had a bowl of macaroni and a glass of v8 juice for lunch... for dinner i drank a glass of milk and ate a tuna fish sandwich w/ baked beans for dinner.. (ik its weird but my mom made me eat the beans) I also had a glass of kool-aid and iced tea today... oh and my brother gave me like a handful of gummy bears.. i couldnt resist... so other than the gummy bears how am i doing... i also ran for 5 min. (it would have been longer but it started raining:( ... if any 1 could give me any advice or tell me how im doin 4 my first day that would be great.Thanx

Ht. 5'5, Wt. Too much - Well I had both my mom and my dad refer to me as "tiny" in these last two days and commenting on how I actually have a figure. I have lost about 22 inches from all over my body--yet I havent lost a pound in 2 months. If thats a good sign for ya'll to stop using the scale and focus on your health I dont know what is.

Ht. 5"7, Wt. 230 - hey i am sooo happy today i went to the store and instead of plus size clothes i got into regular size 18 yay yay that is a total of about 4 or 5 dress/pant sizes down yay i cant belive it even thought i didntloose ne more weight but still i fit into a regular size

Ht. 5'1", Wt. 160 - ok so I rlly need to loose 40 pounds.. according to my doctor... so im starting today ... i didnt eat breakfast because i wasnt hungary.. but for lunch i had a bowl of macaroni, and a glass of V8 juice... and i ran for about 5 min... i was gonna run 4 a half hour but it started raining...so how is this so far today?...But the problem is its 2:00 pm and im starving.. i rlli want to eat but im gonna try not to.. if anyone has any tips for me that would be great... but i cant buy and video tapes or exercise machines because my parents wont let me. if anyone could help me in any way that would be perfect i really need some help.

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 184 - I decided to try and get rid of all of the junky stuf in my house. But the thing miss I am eating it to get rid of it. Idk anymore, I am depressed like major. and this week has sucked so much i just want to cry my eyes out. I need help. A buddy thats true and will not stop emailing? similar to me. or not it dont really matter. I need an idea to join yoga. And i guess ill have to wait another year to do weight watchers again. Like when i drive bc my mom has this disease, its not fatal or nothing but the foods she can eat dont follow weight watchers. and i couldnt ask her to bring me. so for now i am on my own..

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 184 - I have another person living with me now. Through foster care. ANd shes like 2 weeks younger then me and skinny as hell. and for some reason i find my self eating more junky food now since shes been here. and my mom was like jo your thighs. does she not realise how embarrasing it is? So wating wasnt good today. but excersise was more then usual. uhm usual is nothing. i need motivation like woah. One good thing is i finally got the nerve to weigh my self for real. and i though i was 190 bc i thought i gained my weight back, but i am 184. so i guess im doin something right? any help.
