Ht. 5,5, Wt. *coughs* - I kno i just finished postin about an hour ago but I think sumthins wrong with me I've gain weight... I lost 7 or 8 inches in my waist but ive gained 2 or 3 of it back... and I have been exercising more than i did wen i lost it... there is like a bulge in my belly and omg... it never did that b4...its more flabbier... and i exercise almost everyday and eat kinda sorta healthier than i did b4... who knows wats goin on?

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 128 - Hey I know I said I needed to spend less time on the computer a week or so back but I miss this site so I'm back. As you can see I'm not 130 anymore I'm 128 and I know my post will probably get deleted becuase I'm not over weight but I'm going to say this. YOu are all so capable of sucseeding on your weight loss. I never in my life thought I would get under 130. I was at 130 for almost 6 months. All it took was an effort to controll my eating and a little modivation go get up and move for @ least 60 minutes a day and now I'm down 2 pounds. Everyone can make there wieght loss goals it's not a matter of luck it's a matter of will!!

Ht. 5'1, Wt. 184.6 - This is for Kim, age 15. I posted last week that I've lost 20 pounds and you wanted to know how long it took me and how I did it. It took me 11 weeks and I did it using the weightwatchers program. It got easier the more I did it because my 'healthy habbits' became just that - habbits. I'm confident that I can lose the rest of the weight I need to shed (50 more pounds) and I have to say, this new life style is really getting to be fun for me. :) Good luck.

Ht. 5,5, Wt. *coughs* - This mornin when I woke up I did cardio for about half an hour (dancing/aerobics) then I did strength training on my abs (or lack thereof) then i ate a small bowl of frosted flakes and u dont wanna kno wat i had for lunch hehe...... Im kinda mad at my brother right now and i am craving some ice-cream

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 145lbs - How much weight do you think I could lose if I did the following? - Cut out junk food completley, except maybe once a week 100 calories worth (I eat at least 300 calories worth of junk food every day) - Do a 50 minute kickboxing video 5x a week - Did lunges/squats/etc 3x a week for 20 minutes - Drank lots of water - Eat no more then 1300 calories a day. How much do you think I could lose? thanks

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 156 - Hi. I'm Melissa. I wanted to know how much weight I could lose before school starts. [I have a month and a half] I also wanted to know how I could do it the healthy way. So can any of you give me tips on what to eat and how to exersize and how much to exersize? I'm awfully determined. I guess it's sort of a back to school makeover-like thing. I'm not going to the same school as last year, but I've been to three schools and no ones wanted to talk to me because I wasn't "skinny enough". So that also determines me. This isn't all about what people are saying either. I dislike my weight and how I am. It would boost my confidance level a lot too :]

Ht. 5'9, Wt. 260 - hey everyone! Last year i was on this board, but then stopped, but now I'm back. I am DETERMINED to lose weight. Today, I got up and did 40 min of Tae bo, then I just had a turkey sandwich on wheat bread and drank 24 oz of water. Later on today, i'm going to take a walk outside to get some more exercise. Also, I'm gonna drink at least one more of the 24 oz bottles of water. If i dont lose weight, I won't be able to fit into my softball uniform that I have to wear in one month and that would be humiliating.

Ht. 5'6, Wt. more then it should - ok so i havent gained any this summer ive stayed about the same... but yeah im still not happy.. because i have been promising myself oh im gonna lose fifteen pounds blah blah blah the normal stuff and yeah it never seems to work for some excuse or another so yesterday i was talking w/ one of my friends and she is in the same situation..shes wants to lose some but has no motivation.. well we both like to run so we decided we are going to start training for a 5k race which will be in october..we are hoping to do three of them and actually place but until then we are training and so to my point does anyone have any clues about what to eat that will give you energy..i know no junk not alot of fruit...eat veggies protein and all that stuff but you know stuff you hear like oh carrots do this or something well let me know!

Ht. 5'6'', Wt. 2325235 - yeah mikalaya your right..my brother was overweight and he never weighed himself or counted calories. he just started eating healthy foods and drinking all water and milk and he lost all of the weight and how hes muscular from lifting weights..
