Ht. 5'2, Wt. not sure.. - ok for anyone who read my last bulletin i posted. i went to the park and it was amazeing. i had the time of my life! and i went on all the rides especially roller coasters! :] besides that does anyone have any tips on how to loose weight before september 5th because thats when i start school and wanted to loose weight before school starts. so any tips would help.thanks! curious bri 3

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 260 - okayyy HEY. so today was the day of the new program, which like has no exact guidelines haha. my eating wasnt that good. but i think over all i did good for a first dayy i had 3 liters of water and did 200 jumping jacks, some in the day and 100 in the night along with 50 situps 4 miles and 50 arm weights this evening. im feeling good, whatcha think?! thanks xo

Ht. 5'5, Wt. Too much - Anyone know how to tone arms? That is the ONLY part of my body I haven't lost inches in. I've lost over 20 inches total, but none in my arms. My muscles are more visible when i flex, but i still have the arms of an obese girl.

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 230 - todays's cardio workout lets see i did a half an hour on the cybek arc trainer burning 650 and than another half an hour on the cybek arc trainer burning 600 for a total of 1250 and i also had a softball game and i was bored this morning so i ran up and down the stairs like 10 times lol

Ht. ..., Wt. ... - I start my diet tomorrow and i always keep retrying diets giving up then binging. But this time i really want to keep going because i just want to be an average skinny child. I think that if i go running early in the morning it will motivate me to eat healthy but i can't seem to be able to wake up early. I need to do it early because i don't want anyone to know im dieting. I would like to lose about five pounds maybe more before september. In time for school and the field hockey season and cross country. Please post your advice on sticking to diets exercise an keeping it secret? PLEASE POST

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 155 - Alright guys my goal is anywhere between 120-135, i need to know how to lose weight off the hips or your thighs area, becuase that is the biggest part of me. I actually lost 25 before and gained it all back but now i'm on track now and ive lost 10 of that 15 and i'm dying to lose the last 15 pounds that i gained back to be back at 140 and i need some advice with what anyone of you have done to stay on track.

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 183 - Is salami bad for you? It's a meat so I'm not sure. So today for breakfast, 1 apple, 1 piece whole grain white toast (I know it should have been wheat. but my mom got white instead, because I forgot to tell her I wanted wheat yesterday) and 1 glass chocolate milk - 285 cal. Then for lunch I had 3 onces of hard salami on whole grain white bread (again with the bread thing) - 590 (eek!) and 12. oz diet rite. Doing lots of exercise because I need to burn off that sandwich. Total calories - 857.

Ht. 5-6, Wt. 155 - Hey guys!! I ate breakfast really late today because I woke up late and then I needed to start cleaning my room. so it's 12:15 right now and i just had breakfast.. i guess it's sort of lunch. i need to get up earlier to have an early breakfast.. but i just had a fruit smoothie that i made with strawberries, bananas, a lil low fat milk, and ice. then i had a whole wheat english muffin. how is that?! for the past 3 days i've been doing this "walk away the pounds" video. it's like for old people haha, but it's been getting me going. it's 3 miles long and you can do it right in your living room. it also uses weights and stuff to intensify it! you guys should check it out. the one i bought came with 3 videos. the 1 mile, 2 mile, and 3 mile. so if you can't get up to 3 miles.. start with the 1 mile!! but yeah! how do you guys think i'm doing?
