Ht. 5'8.5, Wt. 185 - So I was at 187 because it was water weight now I'm back at 185. yay. so anyways, my goal is to be at 175 by september 6th. If I lost 2 pounds per week it would be possible, and I would lose a little more. It's possible right?

Ht. 5'5, Wt. Too much - Every evening, from 11pm to Midnight I like to just be alone and watch Roseanne reruns and knit or play on the computer. Only problem is that is the time I get REALLY hungry, so I eat 2 tablespoons of peanut butter (which is the serving size). I realize now that it could be why I am not losing weight anymore because it is so late at night. Today is the first day that I am giving it up. Wish me luck because I love Peanut Butter. Also, my carb intake is too high, so I am either going to eat my tortilla veggie wrap or oatmeal everyday, not both. I'll substitute the calories with high protein egg whites and fruits/veggies. I need to lower my hydrogenated ingredient intake too, and I couldnt find any organic tortillas, so the tortillas will be my only source of that type of ingredient (unless I find my own... Organic peanut butter will be my PB fix DURING THE DAY WHEN I CAN WORK IT OFF. sigh. I really want to fit comfortable into a size 14 by the end of the summer because i want to get nicer clothes for school. (view less)

Ht. 5'6, Wt. S:280 N:275 FG:240 - Does anyone know anything about Carmen Electra's Fit To Strip (Full Frame) DVD I'm thinking of buying it. I am trying to come up with a new workout plan without going to the gym. I would do the Carmen Electra's Fit To Strip (Full Frame) DVD, DDR, Stationary biking and walking along with a little strength training. What do you think about the plan AND OR the DVD. I know it says Fit to Strip, I am mature enough to watch the DVD lol.

Ht. 5'6-ish, Wt. ;dlkfja - Ok...I dunno what I'm posting about or if it will even make sense, but it's to vent and maybe get some suggestions? Ok, well, I don't want to go on a "diet" because I want to keep the fat off and I love food...I know it's all moderation but if I see food in front of me...I'm gonna eat it. I've got the exercising thing down...but the food needs to die...like I said, this post has no point. But yea...should I just like, eat what I want for one meal (in moderation) then change the other too? and if thats a good idea what two meals should i change? And if it isnt a good idea...help?
