Ht. 5'6, Wt. 176 - Alright guys, so as a few of you know, I've been here since July 16th. (thats 16 days) and I just wanna say that by eating 1250-1450 calories a day and 30+ mins of exercise every second day has enabled me to lose 10.5 lbs. I CAN NOT BELEIVE I ACTUALLY HAD SUBSTANCIAL WEIGHT LOSS! That has never happened to me before. A pound or two yes but mainly it just goes up. Anyways this morning I'm off to my first day of basketball camp, it burns about 1400 calories so I'm going to have to eat a lot more than usual more fats and proteins and carbs... Low sodium, low fat carbs, lean proteins and healthy (NON saturated) fats. I really think I'm on the right track I just hope I can STICK WITH IT. THANKS FOR ALL THE SUPPORT.

I was wondering if any of you have any small tips that you have found to make a differance in your weight loss sucess.
I am going school shopping for clothes soon.
and the reality that i have done absolutly notihng with myself and my weight is getting to me.
So i figure... might start with small steps that might have helped others.

Ht. 5'3'', Wt. 149 - I heard that not eating meat would help you lose weight, so I tried it and it works! I have lost 15 pounds so far in just a month!!! I really recommend trying being a vegetarian, plus it feels good not eating animals!

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 251 - Hey everyone! I have no success story for ya'll. I'm currently 15 years old and weigh 251. I've been struggling with my weight since I was in 3rd grade. Throughout elementry school and middle school I was constantly made fun of. I hardly had any friends and up to this day I have none excpet on the computer. My weight has caused me great depression in my life about a year ago I tried to kill myself, but thanks to God I failed at doing so. About 2 years ago I got on the low carb diet and I lost a good 20 pounds, but then something happened and I started back up with my old eating habits. Up to this day I still haven't found a diett that has worked for me. My mom and I are fixing to go on a diet and I'm determined to lose my weight this time. I'm tired of going places and standing close to this skinny girls and all the guys looking at them, but none looking at me. I'm ready to change my life. So wish me luck!

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 169ish - i have lost 15 to 20 in tha past 2 mounth and i am a soccer player so i will end up being 10 to 15 pound lighter by november which is at the end of the soccer season do oy uthink i can start to eat a few more foods i like like hot dogs ,beef things like that. i wont eat alot of them because i dont like meat but as a reward can i have some every now and then ?

Ht. 5.2, Wt. 170 pounds - Hey! I want to lose 50 pounds safely, but i'm not sure i'm going to do it right. I gained 45 pounds in about three months! My doctor told me that that's why i had a diabetes scare.
My short term goal is to lose ten pounds in two months and my long term goal is to lose 50 pounds and be a size eight by June 1, 2007.
August- October
Sunday:
8 minute taebo workout
dance in room for about ten minutes
Monday-Friday
Basic taebo workout after school
Eight minute workout before school
On bad days, 10 crunches, ten pushups before school
Saturday
Advance Taebo workout
Basic workout that morning
Dancing for twenty minutes
Jog for ten minutes.

Ht. 5'9, Wt. 212.7 - ok well i weighed myself today and its been six days and if that scale is right then i lost 3.9 pounds. im kinda dissapointed cuz i thought i could do better. but im looking at it like this. i would rather eat less and exercise and lose weight slowly than eat whatever i want and gain weight fast. you guys dont think that im not eating enough do u, i eat 1200 calories or less a day and i walk anywhere from 40 min to 1 hr 20 min a day. j/w i really want this sooooo bad lol

Around 176ish - Ok, so i went for another walk today, the same place and then farther,or so i thought, and my pedometer says i only walked 5998 steps and 308 calories, which is still good but friday i had more steps and more calories from walking to the same place? is my pedometer screwed up?
