Ht. 5'9, Wt. 160 - Ok, so I've been slightly heavy all of my life, and one thing i've learned is that you can formulate your life around diet and excersize plans, you have to make the plans fit life now. If you hate running, dont make yourself run, cuz you'll get sick of it eventually. dont make diets to strict to live by. trust me in the long run, its better to accept a slow, easy weightloss than to try to do a miracle pound dropping..just make it easy. dont be strict... if you arent a schedule maker, dont make one...

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 201 - Me being overweight hasn't really bothered me until this summer, when I really packed on the pounds. Starting out the summer at around 190, I've gained eleven pounds. This morning I got on the scale and saw that it read "201", and I started crying. I'm still crying. I haven't been paying that much attention to my weight, and I never intended for this to happen. I'm dying to be thin, like my friends. It kills me when my best friend, who weighs 95 pounds, calls herself fat. If she's fat, I'm a monster. Then she says that I'm not fat. She's just saying it to be nice, which kills me. My boyfriend tells me I'm perfect, but I'm sure he wishes I were thinner. I'm horrible at exercise. I'm pretty good at dieting. THEY FITTED PERFECTLY!!!! i was so amazed that i sort of shouted/squealed.. it was soo weird that a pair of 7s fit me but 9s were too tight.. so i was like.. they're probably marked wrong.. but nooooo.... the tag on the inside of the pants said 7!!!!! isnt that wicked wierd... and they were the same exact type and brand as the ones that wouldnt fit!!!!! creeeepppppyyyyyyyy :)

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 138 - Ok since school starts monday for me I have this whole scedule planned out. Tell me what you think. For exercise I jog 20min in the morning before the school bus comes. Then at night I walk my dog around the neighborhood which is 40min, plus it'll be a brisk walk. Then on mondays, wednesdays, and fridays I go to the gym. For breakfast it probably be a cup of skim milk and a piece of fruit. Cause it's already hard enough to jog in the morning, but to actually have a cooked breakfast. Then I'll like a granola bar between breakfast and lunch. Then I bring my own lunch. Probably a turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread, with string cheese, and some fruit/veggies. Afternoon snack is a piece of fruit. Then for dinner I don't really I have to worry too muich about cause I'm home. But most likely something healthy. So what do you guys think. Good plan? Any suggestions? Cause I really want to stay healthy and lose weight, even if I have school.

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 138 - Well since caesar salad isn't a great chocice. What else can I choose? I mean a lot of the times we go to Panera's. If anyone knows a better choice of salad that they have, that'd be great. So next time I know to pick that.
