Ht. 5'4, Wt. 150 - i wanna lose 5 pounds by next thursday...can someone give me a diet plan that will work for me? and also does jogging help losing weight a lot? and does DDR help losing weight a lot?

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 151 - i start school next week on thursday....so.....if i eat STRICT HEALTHY and do 50 squats...25 push-ups.....200 or more crunches.....and more than 150 jumping jacks everyday how much should i be able to lose by next thursday?

Ht. 5'4'', Wt. almost 140 - Hey guys! What's up? B4 the summer I had lost some weight and I was at 127 and I still wanted to lose weight. But then in camp i gained almost ten pounds so now if I gain 3-5 lbs I'm clinically overweight, and I'm already overweight for myself b/c my bodyframe is small. I look really fat and none of my clothes fit! I wanna lose at least 10 lbs. in a month. I'm really serious about this. Whatever you twll me to do I'll do! Please every1 give me advice and a diet plan or something. Thanks!

Ht. 5'7, Wt. N:270 QG:240 UG:130 - I got rid of the sweets! I broke down and bought doughnuts the other day. So tasty but so fattening! I got rid of them and I workout out today!!! I'm proud of that. My SENIOR year is in five days. Im susposed to be 70 pounds lighter, didn't work out that way so i'm getting professional senior pictures done, you know all fancy and stuff with a fancy photographer. I'll probably wait until november so I lose atleast 30 pounds for the pics. I'm glad Stephanie told me about iceburg salads, so i'm gonna get the greener lettuce salads into my diet, more water, leaner meats (hardly any beef if I can help it) more fruits. And i'm going to try and get Walk Away The Pounds. I hope this works, i'm so upset at myself so i'm going to try harder. :)

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 239.2 - GOOOOODDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDddd so i went to the gym curves today and wieghed myself, 239.2! thats 7 pounds heavier than my scale. and i am starting wieght watchers today.
but i was wondering...
does anyone here go to curves? cause if so, does it work? and i dont even break a sweat when i am there, any suggestions? and is it better to eat more frequently through out the day or no??????????????

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 263 - hey okay so i ordered these two cute pairs of jeans offline and guess what they dont fit and im really mad and upset about it i have like 5 days before school starts and no clothes. it really wears me out. i dunno if i should stop eating or what but i gotta have something to wear, and i know in 5 days its impossible, but i gotta try. i dont have a gym membership all i have is me n i need to get it done, no one believes in me anymore and ive proven im just talk. I WANT TO CHANGE! faster at first, any advice i just cant stay focused or motivated!!! thx.

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 180 - wtf i gained 5 pounds, if anything i upped my cardio and added more fruits and veggies..
dont give me the muscle crap, ive been doing cardio not weight training and no lose in inches either..i feel like crap.

Ht. 5'7, Wt. N:270 QG:240 UG:130 - I'm so weak! They need to BAN me from the grocery store. I have set my goal of 55 pounds lost by December-End of December. I have a problem like-i'll eat healthy and wont exercise and then eat crapy and exercise. I totally suck. My dad went grocery shopping and almost everything he got had over 1gram of trans fat in it. I wanted to hurl, does anyone know if they have organic doughnuts? LOL! We made a homemade lasanga last night and none of my ingredients had trans-fat in it. Thank goodness. Is it okay for me to have a small piece and a huge salad with low-fat-low calorie dressing. A very small dinner and lots of DDR. I need to get myself back on track some how. It feels impossible sometimes. ARGH!
