Ht. 5"6, Wt. 170lbs - Can anyone give me some advice? 'Cause i read somewhere you should stop eating carbs like bread,pasta,spaghetti,rice etc but then someone told me i shouldnt stop eating that? Also what foods are tasty but good for you?

Ht. 5'3, Wt. 220 - School starts next week and iwanted to loose weight before i went back.... but thats not a possability right now. But i am going to try and lose weight through out the year. But a tip for all you people... dont wear baggyclothes they make you look bigger. but also dont were clothes that are to tight either. I use to wear a bigg hoodie EVERYDAY. but now i wear better clothes that arnt baggy!!!

Ht. 5'5, Wt. too much - Tomorrow is the first day of my junior year. My summer did not go well weight loss wise. I ate a lot of foods that, though not bad for me, were a little too big in amount. I countered it by exercise. During the school year I am going to eat balanced proteins and carbs with produce and dairy throughout the day. I am going to start taking walks after school again, and then still do my 500 calories on the treadmill. To keep myself from hitting a plateau i am going to change my workout every week maybe. I left school wearing baggy 18s and the same two hoodies everyday. I am coming back in a fitted 16 and a desire to look nice. So even if they dont think i lost any weight, i'll at least look better lol.

I have been drinking 2 liters of juice a day but the juice is like crystal light but no sugar no calories no sodium NOTHING its just like flavored water.....is that ok???

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 191 - for some reason i cant sleep i havent in 3 days the most i got was 3-5 hours a day and i feel like crap so excersise and i dont think im losing weight and i dont know why i cant sleep any tips?

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 150 - I think i'll try and start my diet tomorrow. It's not that i can't it's just there's so many cookies and brownies around that makes me just stop my diet. i want to be committed. that's my problem. any ways to help me stay committed? i want to lose 30 pounds more than anythingg.
