Ht. 5'1, Wt. 163 - ok... well... skool is coming up in about 9 days and im trying to loose weight...i already lost about 4or 5 pds in 2 from eating better and doing winsor pilates (with the swedish excersise ball) and 30 minutes of vigorous walking/jogging.... if i keep this up how many pds do u think i could loose before skool?

Ht. 5'9, Wt. N:212 S:217 G:150 - ok so i have major anxiety problems. i get extremly nervous before school and it tears up my stomach so i have to take mylanta imodium and tons of other stuff to feel better. i dont want to have to do this soo do u guys think doing yoga and sipping hot tea before school will help. cuz i dont want to live like this. thax

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 158 - I joined swimming at school. Everyday we have to do 400 sit ups 100 push ups, and then swim for 2 and a half hours. How many inches do you guys think i'll lose throughout the school year?

Ht. 5"7, Wt. 229 - todays cardio 45 minutes on the elliptical burning 560 calories i went extremelly fast then 15 minutes on the stationary bike burning 100 calories and 30 minutes on the cybek arc trainer burning 600 cals on the 30th school starts so eating should be easier i stayed the same this week which is fine cause i thought i gained weight lol

Ok. If you exercise in the morning before school. Is it best to eat breakfast first then exercise. Or exercise first then have breakfast? Thanks.

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 151 - So today i woke up at 11 and had a peice of toast with peanut butter and then i worked out and did the elliptical on a high resistance for 40 minutes then i came home and didnt really eat anything until later and i had a bagel, and then around 4:30 i had a few bites of a sub sandwich and then around 10 when i got home i pigged out. ahh that was my downfall for the day. other than that.... do you guys think i did okay?? i guess the working out probably makes up for it

Following these simple tips will make your meal so healthy and extremely low in calories
Turkey Ham, Ham, Turkey, Roast Beef or veggie
No cheese, if you can handle that
No mayo
Low cal sauces: Sweet onion, honey mustard
Wheat bread
No oil or salt
Tons of veggies
Only water or the light lemonade
or of course the salads!

Ht. 5.4, Wt. 165 - I lost five pounds! All i did was do an eight minute taebo video tape each morning before school! I did this for about a week. Man! Now i'm going to do eight minutes before school and thrity minutes after. I'll do an hour long tape on saturdays. I also do Marching Band so i don't know if that helps.

Ht. 5'6, Wt. CW:172 G1:160 UG:145 - Okay I know this is really bad but lately I've become obsessed with looking at pro ana sites... I'm not anorexic but I think it might be getting out of hand, just today I spent 4 hours straight watching videos on youtube of anorexic girls talking about their disease and I'm disgusted but also I can't stop? It takes a lot of courage to post this as I'm kind of embarressed by it because I know it isn't normal. I want to stop but I can't... Yesterday I was babysitting and after the kids went to sleep I totally binged and ended up purging out of guilt. I know it's really bad for you, I know all the consequences, I totally regret it. I feel like if I hadn't looked at those sites it never would have happened... I don't know what to do. I'm really scared because it's ALL I think about all day long.
