Ht. 5'8, Wt. 279 - I feel like a ballon redy to bust. One of those ballons you keep blowing and blowing until finally............ BOOM. it bust into thin air. Yeah I've been workin on losin some weight for prom. This guy name Austin is so SEXY, and CUTE!! i want him 2 ask me 2 the prom but I dont know how he feels about big girls. i mean i dont feel different about being big when im around my friends, but when I get around him I feel like my stomach is going to drop out of my butt!!! Well it's a while until the prom so when i start losing weight ill keep in touch with you guys..... Thanxz 4 listening

Ht. 5'3, Wt. idk - today i ate a bowl of cereal for breakfast, tuna samwich and strawberries for lunch, a turkey burgar with green beans and half of an orange. i drank water. i had to run the mile and i did crunchs. is that good so far

Ht. 5'0, Wt. 138 - got weighed in gym today..... i was 3 pounds heavier than i thought i'd be.. the scale has been saying 135. i overheard the gym teacher say one girl's weight... he said she weighed 70 pounds! i thought.. holy crap! how do people get that thin? starving themselves i guess.

Ht. 5ft. 5in., Wt. 169.4lbs - Breakfast: Weight Watchers muffin, yogurt whip/Snack: graonla-and-nit-bar with 1 Dove chocolate/Lunch: ham and cheese sandwhich on whole grain organic bread, Goldfish Pouch, water/Snack sugar free pudding. I FEEL SO SEXY AND TOTALLY AWESOME! I was walking home today..and my crush came up to me and started walking and talking with me!!!!! Becuase we always take the same route home. I played it cool and pulled it off perfectly! Luckily we knew when to seperate, but I think it's becuase I've lost weight and gained confidence that made him more attracted to me. I'M READY FOR 8th GRADE!! :0)

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 146 - Ok ya, I don't really know if I'm fat or not. I think I am but people say I'm not. I at least think I'm over weight then.. So I'm around 5'5" and I weigh to around 146-148lbs... So here's what I do though: I'm in alot of sports(I run cross country, play basketball, run in track, and play softball).. cept the only prob. is I never loose any weight, I'm still fat and it's frusterating me out! Any ideas or comments? let me know..

Ht. 5ft. 5", Wt. 169.8 - OMG SO SORRY! But okay food: Breakfast: 1 whole grain waffle with peanut butter and banana, yogurt whip/Snack: Pouch of goldfish/Lunch: ham and cheese (becucase the mayo got on the bread--gross!--so I threw it out), sugar free pudding, 1 cookie (5g of fat 5g of sugar)/Snack: granola bar with nuts in it and stuff, servning of whole grain torilla chips and peach mango salsa. If you're addicted to chips and dip, swap Lays and onion dip for baked chips or torilla chips with jazzy salsa, lowfat sour cream, or mased up avacados. IN fact, if you add a tablespoon of al 3 of them in a small dip, you have a perfect snack!

Ht. 5ft. 5in., Wt. 169.4lbs - Dinner: 1 cup buternut squash soup (organic, 2g of fat), serving of lowfat ravioli with eggplent, 3 ginger snaps and a candy apple. I'm so glad my parents agreed to let me join Weight Watchers to set a goal with pros who have advice for growing teens. Mom's going with me!

Ht. 5ft. 5", Wt. 169.8 - OH and news alert...I wanna join Wieght Watchers with my mom becuase I know I eat the right foods, the only problem is I need to eat more fruit, exercise, and stay in portion control. SO I'm gonna join the COre PLan, it's where you focus on what kinds of foods you should take in, you know, simnce I'm a growing teen,a and I don't think I could handle myself if I had to count out a lot of stuff!
