Ht. 5ft. 5in., Wt. 169.2lbs - Food today has not been the best. Breakfast was okay, but lunch wasn't balanced and I had to rush through an assignment in the early morning, practically zapping out time for my snack. :0( Breakfast: 1 slice bread with Laughing Cow Light wedge of cheese, lowfat hot cocoa/Snack: 3 mini pretzels/Lunch: 1/2 of a ham, cheese, and mustard sandwhich, piece of dark chocolate/Snack: bowl of butternut squash soup, serving of TLC crackers, and a Granny Smith apple with oe of those bakpack caramel pouches. I have no idea what's up for dinner, but I hope it has lot of veggies! Exercise: I had to run for almost a whole block and powerwalk the rest of the way to get to school on time, LOL. Today I'm sore so I'll probably do some yoga or pilates, something that's not uper intense or more than about 30 min. OH AND... (view more)

Ht. 5-5, Wt. 151 - i've found that when i have a craving to eat at school, i like to type up letters to myself the night before, and when i read them, the cravings lessen SO much. it's awesome.

Ht. 5'7, Wt. C:172 G:150 - Breakfast: bowl of cereal(190 cals) Lunch: 2 homemade oatmeal raisin cookies, 1 lg peice of pite bread, 1 strawberry yogurt Snack: raspberries Dinner: beef, salad, 1 potatoe Snack: lowfat popcorn.... I did ok today but I can do far better:(

Ht. 5ft. 5in., Wt. 169.4lbs - Food today: Breakfast: 1 whole grian waffle with peanut butter and banana, lowfat hot chocolate(plus I add water, not milk.), Snack: Goldfish pouch/Lunch: 2 meatballs in Italian bread cut in half, suagr free pudding/Snack: bowl of butternut squash soup and serving of whole grain crackers/Snack: fig bar (I was super hungry)/Dinner: leftover ravioli and eggplant, probably some sort of veggie. BIG ACCOMPLISHMENT!! I like to have a pack of portioned Oreos occasionally, but becuse I have my period, lately I've been giving all that stuff to my friends! I though I couldn't live without Dove dark chocolate or candy corn...but I totally can! On Halloween I won't be trick-or-treating, so that won't be a problem either! / Exercise: 30 min. of intense cardio and strentgth-training workout video! Whoot whoot! That's my 3rd day of exercise this week...so I reache dmy activity goal! It'll get easier when I start gym in Oct. for one day oout of the week,, cuase then I'll only have to do 2 days at home.

Ht. 5'1", Wt. Now: 176, Was: 205 - OMG I need to stop eating so much! I feel like I'm always hungry, but I drink tons of water, I eat whole grains and plenty of protien and fiber. Idk, but I'm going to gain the freshman 500 if I don't do something about this soon! I don't want to unravel all the hard work I've done.

Ht. 5"5, Wt. 182 - I am going to start my dieting tomorrow, and hopefully i'll stick to it last year(about this time of year) i went from a size 18 to 14/12ish so this year i plan to go fom 14ish to 10ish. Any advice oh i got some diet pills do you think i should use them?

Ht. 5'3, Wt. 141 - my diet starts tomorrow offical if i lost 13 pounds before like around april and took me 2 1/2 months and gained 2 pounds in 4 months thats a good sign that i can keep it off and i'm surprised that i ate so much junk and didn't excersice that i gained only 2 pounds will this time i'm so ready to keep it off and lose the amount of weight i want in 5 months to lose 20 pounds.. (plenty of time.. i know because i'm doing a lifestyle change thats why) and i won't stop until i'm 120 pounds or around there and i feel good of myself.. so wish me luck you guys.. love you guys for all the support....

Ht. 5'3, Wt. idk - tomorrows plans... breakfast a half bowl of honey nut cherrios (150 calories)with 2 or 1% milk. lunch i'll probably have a tuna samwich or peanut butter on this healthy bread with a fruit bowl (80 calories) and for dinner i'll probably have a lean cruisne or however you spell it which is 400 calories the peanut butter is 250 calories. i might have these south beach cookies that are 100 calories

Ht. 5ft. 5in., Wt. 169.4lbs - Food today: Breakfast: whole grain lowfat waffle with Nutella (an Italian chocolate and hazelnut spread) and a banana, yogurt whip/Snack: pouch of lowfat cookies/Lunch: ham and cheese sandwhich( well I mostly picked at the insides and ate like 1/2 the bread becuase I ahd to run upstairs and finish my school assignment), diet soda ( my first in a while...no water botles in the house!)/Snack: I was STARVINg when I got homebecuase I always have to eat more often during my period. SO I had a bowl of lowfat butternut squash soup and a cup of eggplent with 2 leftover small ravioli. THIS MAY SOUND LIKE A LOT OF FOOD SO FAR BUT 1.) Ht. 5'7, Wt. C:172 G:150 - ugh just got home from school, i misplaced my bus pass so i had to walk for 30 minutes in the pooring rain... I'm now in warm fuzzy pyjammas but my hair is wet like i just got out of the shower! Anyways, Breakfast: fruit, granola, silhouette yogurt Lunch: L coffee with 0 cal sweetner and skim milk, a 1/4 cup of spagetti and a "fruit sensation" apple sauce. I know I should have eaten more (especially since I had basketball practice this morning from 6:45-8:00AM)but at lunch time my friends wanted to go to this deli a ways from our school so I didn't have enough time to eat the rest of my spagetti anyways thats okay because tonight for dinner I'm having 100% organic/lean beef burgers on 100%whole wheat bun with ketchup,mustard, and then baby spinach with some steamed vegi on the side... Ok so exercise was basketball practice this morning(1h15 mins), walking to the deli(25 mins) AND walking home(30mins) HOPE ALL OF YOU ARE DOING GREAT!
