Ht. 5'7, Wt. : ) - Just another fun little tip from your always dieting pal Kayla... if you make a little slip up don't seat it. What I'm trying to say here is that if you do happen to have that piece of cake or have cold pizza for breakfast don't say "Oh man, my day is shot. Might as well have whatever I want for the rest of day." What I've discovered is if you just go on with your diet like usual you'll probably stay the same or you may still lose weight. If you eat whatever you want I've alway felt gross and gained like 3 pounds overnight. That weight takes a week or more to take off, but it only took one night to put on. Doesn't seem worth it to me. So if you accidentally stray off your diet don't completely trash your day. You'll be better off in the long run. Hope this helps!!! So good luck and keep at it. NEWS REPORT: after 4 years of painful dieting I've got 25 pounds to go. YAY!!!!

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 200 - Seems like there has been a lot of posts asking for tips on loseing weight. The responce to everyone has been eat healthy and exercise. I know thats true but there is a lot more to it than that. I have a ton of tips and I feel it's about time for me to start posting again and helping everyone out. So here are my tips. 1. Drink lots of water seriously drink half your weight in oz of water. Like if you were 120 lbs you should drink 60 oz of water. The best way to know if your drinking enough water is if your pee is clear. Kinda weird but true... (Click here to see rest of post).

Ht. 5'9, Wt. really dont know - i really need to lose weight. im so sick of being fat. ive been made fun of all my life. ive been fat forever. i used to have acne and braces. but i got my braces off and went on accuteane and got rid of the acne. but i feel like im still not good enough. boys dont notice me. i feel like im ugly and no one notices me unless its bad. i wanna lose weight and i just want to be happy. please help me.

Ht. 5'5, Wt. too much - I love that the changes I have made have become only a lifestyle for me now. I don't stress about what people think of me anymore. I know I still have a ways to go, but I accept myself now. I think I really changed over the summer personality wise. I don't take crap from people anymore. Plus, now that I am in advanced classes, I dont have to worry about the ditzes that only focus on appearances--they couldnt handle my classes. I also like that I have been getting a lot of compliments on my appearance that have nothing to do with my weight--hair, outfits, etc. It may seem weird, but i HATE people i know personally to compliment me on my weight. it means they have been focusing on my size =( Anywho, my advice is to focus on your life and not your image. If you eat healthy and you exercise they go hand in hand eventually. Good luck ya'll!

Ht. 5ft. 5in., Wt. 169.2lbs - Okay here's what I ate today (plz. don't comment on the AMOUNT becuase I am following the Weight Watcher's Point system and know how MUCH i can eat each day.)
Breakfast: 3/4 cup WW whole grain cereal with 1 cup skim milk, 1/2 banana, 1 cup low cal hot choc./Snack: carrots and salsa/Lunch: turkey sandwhich, yogurt w/ dried apple crunchies/Snack:1 cup potato leek soup and 7 whole grain crackers/Dinner: 1 fillet cooked perch (a fish),1/2 cup brown rice,1 cup cauiliflower, baked apple/Exercise: 30 min.I lan on doing 30 min. of yoga or pilates.

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 132 - urghh...how do you lose water weight. Cause I keep on gaining them. Other than like going to the bathroom, and peein it all out. How do you lose it, or how can you help make yourself lose the water?

Ht. 5'1, Wt. 176 - This is for Isabella, Mikayla, Kayla, and Caitlyne. I havent been on here in a few days but I wanted to thank you guys for your comments on my last post. I'm doing better now. I'm losing weight steadily and it's getting a little easier to cut my portions in the dining hall. Some one pointed out that the dining hall doesn't have whole grains, and you're right, so I'm going to get a box of triscuit thin-crisps tomorrow. I used to eat them all the time at home and they were a big source of whole grains for me. Just wanted to thank you and tell you I'm doing well. Good luck to all of you. -Samantha
