Ht. 5'2, Wt. 152.2 - well i hate my brother but his friend helio is awsome. he helps with everything. well from what he told me it counter acted and has mad me stop "emotional eating". i wasent fat when i was little. my sister was born in febuary of 02 and i was 9 years old and about 75 pounds at my highest point. well mom got all wraped in my little sister and it was you cook your own food if your hungery insted of. Breakfast a healthy snack to eat before lunch and what she packed me for lunch and then something she laid out for my to eat after school and dinner. ya so i made everything i was going to eat and ofter made "extra meals" and ate 2 or 3 times as much as normal. i put on 25 pounds but the time i was 11. so i keep old habits and theats how i got here. 152.2 pounds of 14 year old and my doctor said im alot mucel but 33% fat so i want to be 125 pounds and 25% body fat by May 07. is that to long or can i do it sooner?

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 142 - It is so hard to lose weight now. Over a year I have lost about 30 pounds but now I just can't lose any more weight. I eat SO healthy and I exercise an hour a day at least 4 or 5 times a week. It is so hard to get to the gym everyday though with school and homework and all that stuff. I don't know what to do anymore. It has been like 4 or 5 months and I haven't lost any weight. I don't know what to do anymore.

Ht. 5'2.25, Wt. 135 - i haev offically lost 40 pounds in like 15 weeks.. i am soo happy i look amazing.. i work out everday.. run 4 miles, weight train, pilates kick boxing, i eat really heathly.. im following weight watchers.. i want to lose another 5 or 10 pounds perhaps.. but i look fantastic.. keep up the good work everyone

Ht. 6'0, Wt. ---- - haven't been on here in a while but just yesterday at my volleyball game i tripped over a girl and hurt my foot...my doctor says im out of volleyball until atleast wednesday then i have to go back for a checkup on it...but im worried because volleyball is my main source of excercize and now that i cant do it i dont wann gain weight...so do any of you know excercize i can still do...i still do 500 crunches a day but now i cant do my squats or running.....ahh im worried please help!!

Ht. 5ft. 5in., Wt. 169lbs - Food today: breakfast: light cheese toast, light yogurt, lowfat 50 cal. hot chocolate/SNacl: bag of pretzels/Lunch: AMy's forzen organic veggie and tofu pockets, tomato soup/Snack: lowfat pudding, 7 mini rice cakes/Dinner: lean chicken, some kinds of veggies and possibly poatato and/or bread, we'll see. Exercise: not much. Will do some later, maybe! Today I didn't have any, but latly I've been adding more fruit into my diet and I'm loving it! :0)

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 151.8 - well... i havent gained any weight but i have stayed the same all wekk. 151.8 no matter what i put in it comes out with out a pound or oz on me. my body fat is 33.3% and the pe teacher wants me to be below 30 by noviember 1st. i have cut out soda/carbonated idems and i know this is un healthy but i have been eating 2 egg whites for breakfats (small eggs thats all the chickens at my house lay) and then 2 more egg whites and then a small amount of whatever mom cooks. i exersize aftr school from 245 till 330 and varius exersize equipment then during pe
