Ht. 5'5, Wt. 225 - I am so tired of being overweight. I have read all of yalls stories and I feel so motavatied, but when it comes time to lose the weight I can't do it. I get picked on 24/7 and i am tired of it. Can someone please help me, give me some tips or a website, and I need some exercises that yall do!! Please helpppppppppp meeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!

Ht. 5'7, Wt. not sure - So, i'm back on my diet.
my daily drink will be water and juice and once in a while a diet soda. eat a lot of vegetables and for lunch a turkey sandwich with wheat bread mmm.. and then for a snack a salad.
my mom's sister who is my aunt duh sent us these wonderful shakes that have your daily vitamins in it. and you have one for breakfast and lunch and dinner and a snack but you're suppose to drink it a half an hour before you eat a meal so it works. and my uncle said he lost 30 lbs in 30 days. i need to loose at least 10 pounds before homecoming which is in 3 weeks. so im gonna work hard. tonight im going to do 30 sit ups and 10 push ups and tomorrow im gonna go running. i think this diet may work out after all = ]

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 150 - well i have been grounded for a month from saying "f*** you" to some lady at my school. and that means no football games, no x-country. no... home coming. and im suspended for 5 days and 10 off the stupid bus morning and after noon. this sucks.

Ht. 5'2'', Wt. 205 - Hey I just started on this new diet and I was wondering if anyone wanted to be my diet buddy. my e-mail is brwneyedgurl1357@aol.com. I want to loose 20lbs by December. I know I can do it because in 7th grade i lost 25lbs in a month and a half just by drinking A LOT of water. So i gained it back and more but i really want to loose it again and i think if i had a buddy to maybe "compete" then I would get better response. So anyone around my weight is welcome.

Ht. 5'3?, Wt. you don't wanna know - GOD!!! I'm getting so pissed. I mean, I'm a big person, but not huge and kids don't make fun of me. I mean, I know a lot of overweight kids that get teased, especially in high school, but i'm not one of them. It just annoys me because all of my friends are really skinny. Anyways, it is so hard to lose weight, and I've tried everything. I'm a jock(female, of course), and I play a lot of sports, but it doesn't help. I want to get into Karate(my friends and I think it sounds fun), but I don't know if I can do it because my parents already pay for guitar! argghh... this is soo annoying!

Ht. 5'5, Wt. too much - As much as I hate doing it, I am back to counting my calories and fat. I hate the feeling of being too strict, but I need to regain control of my eating. I'll try it for awhile and see if it works for me.

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 142 - ok so my biggest that keeps me from losing weight I think is snacking when I get home from school and not being able to exercise everyday. When I get home from school I am so hungry for somereason. I usually have a sandwich, 1 cup of pasta, or a yogurt and half a grapefruit or apple for lunch. It is so hard to get to the gym everday too. I can't get a ride right from school and it is so busy between 5-6 oclock you can't even get a treadmill or an elpitical. But between 6-8 when there is like nobody there it is the time I am getting so tired and am ready to sleep or I have a report due the next day or I'm babysitting, or my mom has a meeting and my dad works nights so I can't get a ride. I don't know what to do!
