Ht. 5'3", Wt. 142 - On a weekday for breakfast I usually have a 100 calorie granola bar, for lunch I usually have a sandwich (I use fat free miracle whip and no cheese) or a yogurt and a 100 calorie snack bar, for snack I have a banana and some crakers or half a sandwich, something along that line, and for dinner chicken and low fat or fat free mashed potatoes, or steak, or pasta, things like that. Then for desert I have a weightwatchers ice cream bar. How do you guys think this is? I also go to the gym for an hour at least 4 days a week.

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 142 - okay so for breakfast I had two scrambled eggs and 1 piece of toast, lunch I had 1 cup macaroni and cheese (made with skim milk and no butter), for snack I had 100 calorie fat free pudding with a small rice kripsie (yeah I splurged on the rice krispis) for dinner I had steak and homemade mashed potatoes (made with skim milk and light I can't believe it's not butter) So how did I do?

Food today: Breakfast: Amy's organic frozen spinach and feta pocket, 1 cup strawberries w/ fat free Reddi Whip/Lunch: 1 sliver of leftover peperoni pizza, 1 cup veggie soup/Dinner: 1 serving cornish hen, 1 pepper stuffed with cornbread dressing (homemeade, not that boxed crap), pumpkin, squah, Reece's pb cup. How'd i do?

Ht. 5'5, Wt. too much - Ugh. I feel like a slug. I was so happy that I was finally getting back into exercise last week, and now I am back to how I was two weeks ago. I've been to sore to even try exercisizing these past 2 days, but tomorrow i am going to do a high resistance exercycle but slow pedaling so it doesnt become aerobic. And i'll lift weights too.

Ht. 5ft. 5in., Wt. 168lbs. - Hey all. MY party was a total blow-out yesterday! I mean it was fun, but for some odd reason I chowed down on just about everything in sight yesterday..2 slices of pizza, cheese and crackers, 2 pieces of chocolate cake and a ton of candy! It's super weird whenever I get my perid I crave these insae things i never eat and usually don't miss so then I can't stop myself from eating them! bUt I can't beat myself up...next time my plan is to eat a small portion of stuff and suck on mints to avoid second portions I don't really want.

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 157 - I must say sticking to a diet is really hard. I mean there are just some days I want to take a break and eat normally. Will it totally blow my efforts if like every other week for one day I actually ate chocolate or ice cream?

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 155 - i'll eat whatever, but not so much junk. just as long as i get lots of excercise. today's meals--- breakfast-waffle crisp. lunch-fat free turkey and cheese sandwich. snaack- kelloggs bar/90 calories. dinner-subway. snacks-cheesedoodle& a hershey bar. 3 cups of hot cocoa. and a slim mint. =] excercise-cheerleading practice, cardio for 15 minutes. 100 crunches. jump roping for 15 minutes.
