Ht. 5'2, Wt. 201 - This what I had today. For breakfast I had bagel with bacon egg and cheese on it from mcdonalds plus some pop. For lunch I had noodles and water and some chips and a cookie. For supper I had noodles and potatoes cottage cheese and applesauce and water. How did I do today I know I did pretty bad.

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 160 - today for breakfast i had a bowl of cherrios, snack i had south beach cookies (100 calories), lunch a small bagle with low fat cream cheese,100 calories pack thingy, and apples, and for dinner a healthy choice tv dinner and a skinny cow after. i have skinny cows once every couple of weeks but i think this is the last one im going to have for awhile. for excersise i had to run around the gym twice. does that sound good? does anyone know how to burn off fat from hips, stomach and thighs

Ht. 5ft. 5in., Wt. 168 - Hey guys! I got off my sluggish pleatu and am ready to share some awesome diet tips with you: 1.) Eats lots of veggie soups (not cream-based)! They fill you up and are full of nutrients (though you should watch out for extra salt). 2.)Just limiting soda to a few times a month helps SO much. Before I was practically addicted to it...now I don't miss it! 3.) Besides cardio, a great strength training exercise is yoga. It helps you feel confident, strong, and buils lean muscle. PLus, meditating is relaxing. 4.)Have a seperate space in your closet or room for exercise gear so you can get ready in s snap! 5.) Make a list of fun exercixes you can do and tape it to your door. Every day you can try something new! Hope i helped! Have fun!

I don't look like i weigh that much, but i'm not going to base it upon that because im reality I do and it's not healthy. I need to find something I will actually stick to this time. I have practically every video from Billy's Boot Camp, 6 week, 10 min tonning ... etc... My problem is, well. I'm just too lazy to do it. I always tell myself " Oh, i'll start excersing tomorrow." - tomorrow comes - "Oh, tonight! I'll go to the gym" Never happends. Ht. 5'4, Wt. 155 - so im on that kelloggs weight loss plan so heres what i had today. breakfast-kelloggs bar& banana& one cup of skim milk w/ 2 glasses of water. lunch-kelloggs bar& apple& a water bottle.snack after school-popcorn& hot chocolate=a total of 150 calories. Excercise-field hockey for 15 minutes. , 20 situps, 10 pushups& riding my bike to and from school.

Ht. 5'5, Wt. too much - AGH!!! I'm a slug!!! I hate this!!! Although I don't believe its true, the scale says I gained 10 pounds since Friday. Because I am not burning all the calories with my cardio, my clothes are not fitting again. AKA the problem I was having two weeks ago. This...is...driving...me...crazy! I am working out tomorrow. 4 days of no exercise is enough for me. I don't care if my mouth will be sore I am doing cardio tomorrow!!!

Today my classmates had to do oral presentation for a how-to- article, like how to make brownies, and we all got to try a sample of pound cake, a small brownie and smal cookie. I didn't want to eb rude or weird, so I just ate them. I knwo I'll be okay and all, but it's not just that. My scale hasn;t moved for 2 or three weeks! I need some motivation to keep a positive body image. Any advice?
