Ht. 6'2, Wt. SW:226 CW:211 - Yay! Since I first started in early-mid september i've lost fifteen pounds! five to my first goal weight and then I'll be thirty away from my ultimate. so i though i'd run some stats

Ht. 5ft. 5in., Wt. 168lbs. - Hey all! Food today: Breakfast: Weight Watchers muffin, fDOel fruit and parfait cup/Snack: South Beach cookies/Lunch: Turkey and cheese sandwhcih on whole wheat bread, fat free yogurt/SNack: cup of ministone soup, sugar free pudding/DInner: WW turkey dinner w/ string beans and probably a little slice of birthday cake becuase I'm going to my friends party tonight! I am well aware that I eat too many sweets for snacks and too much sugar...besides the sugar anyhow like the cookies have no actual nutrients. But you see I've taken my weight losss in steps,, like cutting out soda gradually, not putting butter on my bread, not having second portions, etc. I think the next step will be to eat fruit instead of sweets, more whole grains, and milk(proven to keep people slim and healthy). Ht. 5'3, Wt. 215 - so i have offically lost 5 lbs ....... today so far i ate a weight loss shake only 230 calories for brekfast and 1 saltine cracker for snack........ by the way its only 10 int the moning so thats y i havent ate alot.... butis that good???

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 179 - Well the good news is I lost 4 pounds this week. Bad news is that I had gum surgery today and I cant exercise or eat my usual foods for a week. I am stuck eating deli salads and just doing weight lifting. I hate eating things with trans fats and high fructose corn syrup, but I need to eat. Next week its back to working my butt off (literally). Anyone have any good tips for NON-AEROBIC exercise? i was thinking of doing the exercycle on a high resistance slowly peddling or just doing squats with weights, etc.

i really need some help. everyone makes fun of me behind my back. guys wont even look my way, and everyone has a boyfriend except me ive never had one because im so overweight it's disgusting. im trying so hard to stay on a diet but everytime i get a craving it just overpowers me and i dont know what to do about it. im finially doing better in gym class. somebody please help me!!!!!

food today: B-2 weet-bik withe milk and sugar, L-penutbutter and jam sandwhich on wholegrain, S-hanful almonda nad low-fat honey buzz yogurt, D- 2 chickem fillets with salad... i need to eat more fruit i think...mmm exercise 30min treadmil ( high intensity), 20 mins bike (high intensity) and 10 on the crosstrainer at mega high intensity lol oh and i did 1 minute on the stepper lol and 18 push ups, 20 sit ups and 18 fitball wall squats (put the ball agiast a wall lean on it and squat) yea thats all for today maybe i might have desert but i dont kno wat itll be maybe an apple xoxo
