Ht. 5'4, Wt. 155 - ive been on this special k diet for 5 days now. everythings greatt =] i havent eaten bread for 5 days either. and my snacks are usually yogurt or popcorn, so thats also good too, or thewre fruits and veggies. =]. i havent eaten really any junk food for a while either lately. alrightt well my scale is broken but i definatly think even by not eating bread and doing this plan helps me lose weight. also i excercise alott. and thats like doing 500 crunches a day. =]
p.s. how do you get rid of your belly fat before you make your abs tighter. any suggestion excercies?

Ht. 5ft. 5in., Wt. 166.6 - Yeah! I just weighed myself I am 166.6 lbs! So that means I broke my pleatu I lost 1.4 lbs if my scale is accurate! Yuppee!

Ht. 5ft. 5in., Wt. 165? or 168? - The best advice i can give you right now is to go to your doctor for a weight-loss check. I wasn't sure how much I need to weigh since I'm not ever going to be 120lbs or under! I"ve accepted that and I"m happy but I stil was uncertain so he siad I should weight 140-150 lbs, I chose 145 as my goal weigh so I'll have a BMI of about 25. Good luck people!

Ht. 5' 3.5", Wt. 142.5 - okay im trying to be a bit healthier. does this sound good to you? im not drinking any pop or things like gatorade at all.for lunch i usually drink green tea (i read in readers digest it quickens your metabolisim). im trying not to eat salty foods, like chips. i joined the swim team at the YMCA and swim 6 hours and 45 minutes every week. im going to start not watching tv as much and if i do i want to be doing some kind of areobics at the same time. i think this is a healthy eating plan. opinions anyone?

All I can say is stay away from the fast food. With that alone you would drop easily 5#'s a month without trying. it's the worse thing you can have. I wish you luck. Trust me I know it's not easy and I have two daughters in their teens also struggeling.Good luck

Ht. 5'3, Wt. 187 - I ate way better today, exercised and drank water. I have been trying to lose weight for forever, but I know it will happen this time. Because I want it so bad for myself. I want to be happy and healthy. I lay in bed at night hoping and praying. I know I can do this. I'm gonna lose the weight. Good luck everyone because when times get rough and you feel like you're gonna quit, DON'T. It's like when you're doing something hard in pr. The pain will only last for a second and after will be joy and you'll feel great. I really hope I inspired someone out here as well as myself. In seven to eight months I will be at a healthy weight. Ht. 5ft 7 in, Wt. 174 - Okay for the past couple of weeks I have only been eating lunch consisting of maybe 150 calories at the most some time as little as 25 calories. I eat whatever my family eats for dinner. Consisting from 250 to 400 a night. Am I doing okay even though I'm not eating dinner. I've lost 15 lbs doing this. Ht. 5'6, Wt. 188 - Its not fair - I have a major crush on this guy in school, but he is really popular with the thin girls. I was always afraid to ask him out but my friend convinced me too. When I asked him he said in front of EVERYBODY "why should I go out with an ugly fatass like you." I cried so much. Now all of you are gonna tell me that I should not go out with a jerk like that or he isnt worth but I like him, I cant stop liking him. What am i supposed to do?????

Ht. 5'1, Wt. 170ish - day one of dieting and i did pretty good. breakfast-granola bar(200) Snack-Grapes(200) Lunch-Chicken terr. wrap from Subway chips and a diet coke(500) Dinner-slice of pizza(300) desert-tootsie pops(50) popsicle (50. Im trying to get my eating habits down before i add in more of my workouts. I plan to work out in my room..and do about 15 mons. of cardio a day. Then in December i am getting a membership to 24 hour fitness. Everyday i lift weights for about 20 mins.
