Ht. 5'7", Wt. WAS:197 IS:?? - Hi everybody! I've been looking at posts and reading everyone's excercise plan and it looks REALLY good! I personally don't have one, but I am in marching band and that's 3 hours constant movement Tuesdays/Thursdays/Sometimes Wednesdays/2 hours Fridays/2-10 hours Saturdays. It's loads of fun lol. Anyway it's been helping a lot I'm a M in most stores now as opposed to an XL. It's gonna be ending soon though, I guess I better find another way to exercise. Anybody know of a good plan?

Ht. 5'8, Wt. DONT WANNA KNW ! - Allright so heres how it goes. Im going to Start Beachbodys Pwr 90 along with Dr.Ians(from celebrity fit club) The Fat Smash Diet. Ive been trying to lose weight forever but my problem is not staying motivated ! I think what will realy help me is posting everyday with my progress and etc. But if you have ANY siggestions on how to stay motivated then reply to this post ! K thanks !!!

Ht. 5'11, Wt. 190 - So.. I'm not terribly overweight but I need to tone back up and lose at least 30lbs. I've tried weight watchers & i actually put on 2lbs haha. I guess I was woundering if anyone had any suggestions about how I should approach losing weight??!

Ht. 5'7, Wt. N:280 CG:260 UG:130 - Well i'm back once again. I let myself go and i'm so mad, I was so on track and suddenly it just went out of the window. The problem started out little, like ice cream and cake and it escalated to 3 bowls of ice cream and reese cups EVERYDAY. I'm not so discouraged that I can't do it because i've done it before. I looked in the mirror at my stomach and I could have went crazy, i'm huge again because i'm back to where I started, square one. So now I have to start over and keep it up. This time I wont tell my father what i'm doing because whenever I give up he makes a major deal about it. I'll just keep it to this website and myself. If anyone has any new tips i'm always up to hear new things! THANKS!

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 169 - today i ate: protein bf shake (300 cals), pita + hummus (400 cals), raw pumpkin seeds (200 cals), 1/2 a bag of popcorn (175 cals) dinner will be a L. pop @ the movies (300 cals) so i total 1375 cals... I know a pop isnt a healthy dinner but i dont want to eat any other junk food crap and pop fills me up. so one day wont kill me. Im going on a date with my boyfriend teehee

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 201 - This is what I had today. For breakfast I had candy i know bad. for lunch I had a ceasar salad with grilled chicken from mcdonalds and water. For supper i had two helpings of spahagetti with sauce and peaches with water.How I do plus for snack I had popcorn and some chips. Plus lots of cardio. I did 181 all togather for exercises. How Did I do.

Ht. 5'1", Wt. 122.8 - Okay i've gotten down past where my doctor wants me and its a healthy weight, but somehow i'm not satisfied and i feel sort of bad posting this. Has anyone else lost weight to the point where your "healthy" but u still want to lose that little bit of stomach? i dont think it would as much of an issue if i wouldnt have lost so many inches in my hips but i lost 12 inches in my hips and only 8/9 in my stomach. i used to wear size 17 in juniors and now i wear 3 short or a zero at american eagle but i still feel chubby because i'm so short.. i wish someone would give me a reality check.. and now that volleyball season is over i dont really have a chance for a structured workout and i dont have p.e. until next semester. so what should i do for the time being?

Ht. 5ft. 5in., Wt. 166.6 lbs. - I was SO happy today! I went to Mandee and bought 2 cute cutes (size L) and a knitted, black-and-white striped tunic (size M) and everyrthing fit!! IN one of the skirts I rties on an XL and it wqas WAY too big so had to get a L!

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 155 - ive been on this special k diet for 5 days now. everythings greatt =] i havent eaten bread for 5 days either. and my snacks are usually yogurt or popcorn, so thats also good too, or thewre fruits and veggies. =]. i havent eaten really any junk food for a while either lately. alrightt well my scale is broken but i definatly think even by not eating bread and doing this plan helps me lose weight. also i excercise alott. and thats like doing 500 crunches a day. =]
p.s. how do you get rid of your belly fat before you make your abs tighter. any suggestion excercies?

Ht. 5ft. 5in., Wt. 166.6 - Yeah! I just weighed myself I am 166.6 lbs! So that means I broke my pleatu I lost 1.4 lbs if my scale is accurate! Yuppee!
