Ht. 5'2, Wt. 166 - today i did bad i guess. one bowl of honey nut cherrios and low fat yogert which had no sugar added. snack- string cheese and 100 calorie bag. peanut butter samwich for lunch. and dinner a bagle and a little bit of spagetti(sp) i had a skinny cow and 3 pieces of candy. i feel bad. for excersise ran the mile and danced alittle

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 198 - I lost 2 pounds and 3 23/24 inches lost since october 25. I lost 16 inches all together. This what I had today. Breakfast 3/4 cup of ceral 1/2 cup of milk and water. Lunch lean cusine,chocolate pudding 100 cal, oreos 100 cal pak and water. For supper 2 helpings of chilli and stir fry and water. For exercise cardio. plus 30 min on softball. Please reply. How I do.

Ht. 5', Wt. 10st 4lbs/ 65.5kg - Hi,
I used to always come on blubberbuster because i just think its a really good site for weight loss but i havent been on recently but ive made another trip cos i really wanna lose weight. I want to lose a stone by christmas and tone up noticeably. What do u think the best way to do it is??? Please give me tips that have worked for you. I will really appreciate it. Ht. 5'2.25, Wt. 126 - hey everyone. as you might have noticed or read i finally reached my goal and i look and feel great. however motivation has been realyl bad lately. i injurd my leg a week ad half ago adn my activity level has been limited. i freaked out for the first three days i wasnt able to do anyuthing because i was so afaird of getting fat and gaining weight. however its been a week and a half sicne i haev donea good cardio workout and im scared that once im fulyl healed i wont haev the motivation to excersize anymore. i mean now tha ti realized that i hacent gained weight since nto excersizign hwo can i get back into my mind set.. ahh im going nuts

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 165 - breakfast-hot cocoa w/ a cereal bar that has multi grain =] lunch- turkey sandwich with a bottle of water, muffin bites, and a apple. after school- pollio cheese sandwich. dinner- ? exercise-15 push-ups. 12 situps. kickball. DDR for a whilee so i burn more than 100 calories. i know it wasnt bad but not good. but ill try and do as much ddr as possible.

Ht. 5'1", Wt. 158 - So...I have lost 8 pounds. Which, I think is pretty good. But I want to lose about 30 more pounds. So far I have tried to cut calories, I have cut soda from my diet, I drink a lot of water, and I walk and work harder when I walk to and from places. I don't get home until about 4:30, so I always feel exhausted and not able to exercise. I think I have a plan, but I'm not sure. Do any of you have any suggestions?

Ht. 5'2.25, Wt. 126 - in response to jessica, i have lost 50 pounds since june, i started running and cutting out night time eating and started weight lifitng then in september i joined weight watchers and jsut kept with my running and then i joined excersize classes with my friend. unfortanely because of my injury im nto abel to run though im tryign to keep excesizing i took up bikikng to burn carloies but i sure do miss running

Ht. 5'7'', Wt. 235 - hi, this is my first time on Blubberbuster im looking forward to losing 75 pounds i would like to be 160 for my height i think thats reasonable im not looking to be aneroxic or anything lol. Ht. 5'7, Wt. Around 176ish - ok, so i havnt been on here for a while and i've gained about 5 pounds, and im guessing it cause i always eat something from my work (dairy queen) when im on break.
anyone know good foods to take for my break instead of ice cream and greasy foods?(hint: i dont like veggies and most fruits, which i know is bad)
