Ht. 5'4, Wt. 164 - rest of the day- LUNCH-grilled chicken sandwich with mayonaise on it. two wontongs in wontong soup. dinner-one hotdog with some beans. snacks during the entire day-a mini crunch bar. a mini hershey bar. a mini kit kat bar. a mutli grain choco chip bar with 0 trans fat. exercise- walked a more than a mile. p.s. those snack i didnt have all at once. they were in between meals. and is monkey bars an exercise since ur using ur muscles?

Ht. 5ft. 5in., Wt. S:184 N:*167* CG:165 - OH and today I was super happy! I dug out some of my winter clothes and fit in everything...even sweaters I couldn't put on last year! PLus, my older friend gave me some of her cute clothes )she's a petieite in women's) and they fit me too! i was shocked and really happy! My mom was so proud she even agreed to buy me a new dress for the holidays!

Breakfast: English muffin melt (fat frre slice of cheese, 1 slice lean ham), a fruit yogurt, a banana, and a lowfat hot chocolate/Lunch: Grilled premade health-food store sandwhich (0 grams of trans fat, 1.5 grams of saturated fat) inside was lean sausage, peppers, and onions, then I had 3 slices of pickles/Snack: a little bad...3 lsices bread with Smart Balalnce spread/Dinner: chicken with tomato sauce, serving of green veggie stir-fry, roasted potatoes, 1 square pure dark chocolate. How did i do? DId I do better for getting back on track??

Ht. 5ft. 5in., Wt. S:184 N:*167* CG:165 - Boo! :-( Yesterday when I went out, I ended up getting chicken fingers and fries instead! I NEVER eat fast food, seriously, but I was craving it so bad I caved. PLus I had a regulr soda. I've decided that for the oe glass a month I drink soda it should be regular becuase diet sodas have more artifiical sweetners and chemicals. Ht. 5,5, Wt. *coughs* - i havent been on here for a while now. omg... i put back on my summer weight... When i went back to school everyone noticed n i was getting compliments to the ceiling... I used to exercise everyday and now im so lazy these days n plus i have community service until 5 after skool... n then im a myspace uknowat lol... recently i started exercising but i wanna lose 2 dress sizes dec 16th is that possible??? Im considering starvation but i need the brain food 4 S.A.T and exams... crappit!!!

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 198 - This is what I had today. Breakfast Ceral. 120 cal. Lunch Chicken and dumplings with water and 100 cal pak. For supper three small slices of meatloaf with some ketchup and tea. With one potato and some cottage cheese and applesauce. For snack apples with carmel 4 slices of apple. and 5 cal candy. two of those. Exercise 100 crunchs, 20 pushups, 30 one way crunch, 100 plie squats, 100 squats, 60 touch toes, 30 left leg kicks, 30 right leg kicks, vollyball. Please reply. How did I do.
