Ht. 5'4, Wt. 146 - i gained 7 pounds since september. i really want to lose weight so bad. and it might not seem too much weight but i look really big. i want to lose about 25 pounds by march. i don't want to rush myself. well im doing good so far. so do you guys know what time i should stop eating me i stop about 4:30 pm and im done. is that good or bad?

Ht. 5'8, Wt. S: 183 N: 173 G:145 - This is in response to Missy who asked how long It took me to lose 10 lbs and how i did it: it took me a little over a month, and basically i just ate healthy and tried to eat about 1500 calories a day. I excercised 6 days a week, a mix of cardio and strength training.

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 160 - Yes people i gained 3 lbs. I hate college applications. I'm up every night doing munching on goodies while I finish up homework. It doesn't help that the computer is in the room next to the kitchen. It's really frustrating. Oh well tomorrow is a fresh day and I plan on losing 30 lbs by January-Februaryish. Well any tips on how to stay determined, and not crumble at the sight of german chocolate cheesecake?

Ht. 5'3, Wt. 137 - so im starting the first step to changing my life..the first step is to lose 30 pounds. Yup that is my goal...im saying by january this time i will reach my goal. Im gonna be thing and excellent. i promise to not eat any more fast food, mcdonalds, culvers, burger kings, ice cream,french fries, buffalo wings, pizza, dunkers, bagels/bread , chipotle, and other bad stuff that just makes me fat. yup...i have to lose 30 pounds by then if i want to win the man of my dreams! no joke this time...my story will be in the sucess stories...yup! im done being fat...from this breath on...im committing myself fully to this cause and mission!

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 148lbs - today was pretty good. BREAKFAST: 1/2 a poppy seed muffin and a banana LUNCH: Turkey sandwitch SNACK: Apple DINNER: Lean Cuisine meal, steamed carrots, glass of milk and a little bit of chips and salas EXERSICE: Ran 2-3 miles, PE workouts and 1/2 court B-ball with no dribbling so you had to ran, get open and pass quick. REMINDER TO SELF: "Chubby on the couch or thin enough to sit on his lap"

Ht. 5'1", Wt. 171 .. goal 130 - Hey everyone! I used to post on this site a while back .. I guess I just lost motivation. I'm sure you all know how that feels, but I really want to try to get back on track and lose weight again. I lost 10 pounds last time, but over the past almost year now I've gained it all back. I'm going to college next september, and I really want to lose weight before I start over somewhere new. I'm just tired of looking in the mirror every morning and not being happy with what I see. I don't know if any of you saw Kirstie Ally on Oprah yesterday, but she looked awesome after losing all that weight. I want that kind of transformation. It's hard for me to fit a healthy lifestyle into a busy schedule with work and school and volunteering and colleges .. If anyone has any tips or maybe even wants to be a weight loss buddy or something where we can keep eachother motivated let me know and I'll be happy to give you my email or aim. thanks =] good luck everyone!

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 165 - breakfast- hot cocoa with an english muffin. lunch- turkey sandwich on roll, bottle of water, some cereal chocolate chip bar. dinner- idk yett. but after im having a little piece of ice cream cake only bcuz its my bros birthday. exercise- 7 pushups. 15 situps. walked a mile. ran for 5 minutes. ehh. did i do that badd?

Food today: Breakfast 2lowfat, whole grain frozen pancakes with pumpkin butter (not actual butter, LOL), 2 lean slices Canadian bacon/Snack: soy crisps/Lunch: leftover chicken breas (with 1 once of melted cheese on top)/SNack: grapes and Speacial K bar/DInner: pasta and tuna, salad, pear, glass of lowfat milk. I know I didn't get too much dairy in today...but i figure it's a start. I'm gonna try to drink more milk, too. I heard it's suppossed to keep teens leaner. WHat do you guys think?

Ht. 5ft. 5in., Wt. S:184 N:169 CG:165 - Guys, I'm so depresed :-( Yesrerday I was doing so well, then I binged on some crackers and Smrt Balance...I knwo that sounds weird, but it's true. It's a new month. I have to keep going. I need to regain control and take care of my body!!! My docotr said I need to be at least 140-150, so I wanna be 145. I still have a little more than 20lbs to go...but i should break that down into 5lb goals, right? Any tips on how to get back on track?
