Ht. 5ft. 5in., Wt. S:184 N:*167* CG:165 - oH and in case you were wondering, here's ther real truth about fats. FIrst of al, there are GOOD FATS AND BAD FATS! Polyunsaturated and monsaturated are the good kinds, they ones tht keep your body parts oiled and running smoothly. There're found in nutes, olive oils, vegetable oil, safflower oil, etc. Saturated fat is the kind that you see when a slab of steak is solid at room temp. and trans fats are due to this procss called hydronation. Both are bad beucase if you eat TOO much of them they can make you gain weight and clog your arterues! SO limit them and take in plenty of god fats instead. :0)

The best dieting tip I can ever ever ever give you is: STOP DRINKING SODA!!!!!! bThis was hard for me at first, but all I ddi waa cut out soda I drink it once in while 9like evry 2 months!) becuase I don't need it anymore. I drink lots of water or plain seltzer instead! Believe me this is the best firsts tep you can take becuase you'll feel less bloated and then you won't be putting wasted sugary, empty calories into your body. Diet sodas are worse becuase they contain more chemicals and artifical sweenters!!!

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 165 - later today, lunch- half a plate of caser salad, with 1/4 of the plate=zitti, then a breakstick. dinner-2 big pieces of broccoli with some mashed potatoes and turkey with gravy. desert-a brownie-cookie. exercise-walked through the mall and super market which was more than a mile because we were there for 6 hours. 100 crunches. 20 pushups. howd i do? oh yess and wile i was walking through the mall instead of getting some fattening candy i got a lollipop :] lol. how did i do?

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 150 - Hey, im trying to cut out soda, im not dependant on it or anything, its just very convenient (there is always soda in my house, which i unfortunatly have no control over.) I dont know if this is a stupid question or whatever but when reading a lot of people said to drink seltzer. What is it?

Ht. 4'2", Wt. 198 - Wanna good tip. If you have a bunch of leaves in your yard. Go outside and bend over and rake them with your hands. It's lots of fun and easyer to do I did it tonight plus you need a rake out there just in case you tired quick. Please reply if you tried and tell me if it helped.

Ht. 4'2", Wt. 198 - This is what I had today breakfst, Crossant from hardesse, half with bread, half without bread 2 sips of pop, and 10 small pieces of hashbrown. Lunch 2 helpings of noodles and 1 helping of mashed potatoes, 1 helping of green beans with water, and 3 devil eggs. No supper. For exercise, raking leaves, 60 crunchs, 30 pushups, 20 left leg kicks, 20 right leg kicks, 50 touch toes, 100 plie squats, 100 squtas, 40 one way crunch. How did I do?!
