Ht. 5'7", Wt. 172 - So I'm really excited, because I went to the doctors yesterday and she said I was doing really good. Although I was overweight according to the BMI chart, they said that they just considered that "be careful", so basically i just shouldn't gain anymore weight. So if my weight stays the same (since im not really growing much anymore) then I'll be ok. But its still ok for me to lose weight, which i definetly still plan on doing. And last night for dinner we had chinese food, which I absolutely love all the friend stuff, but I got chicken & vegetables & white rice from the healthy menu! im so excited! my only problem is my sisters having a birthday party today and im going out with my friends tonight to dinner. I think i'll eat a tiny bit at my sisters and attempt to get something healthy at dinner..

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 150 - Hey everyone! Im so excited. I was sick for a week and i gained 4 pounds! It put me up to 154. So on thursay i had lost one pound of the four i gained (153), friday morning i handnt lost anymore, but this morning i got up and weighed and i was back to 150! I weighed like 5 times just to make sure it was right and then i went and got on my moms scale and it said the same thing! I am soooo happy! Hope everyone else is havong a good day!

Mhm. It sounds gross. My friend told me about it and i was like "ew", but he told me to just try it, and it is THE BEST.

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 153 - Hey this might be kind of corny but i just want to say you all are great. Other (skinny) people dont understand what we go through. How hard it is to loose weight. I hope you understands how strong you actually are for trying, even when its tough. Anyway, i was just thinking about that and i hope you all always remember this and always stay motivated. Ht. 5'4", Wt. 162 - Today so far ... breakfast : 1 cup multigrain cheerios, 1 cup skim milk. lunch : 1/2 cup homemade deer chili, wheat bread toasted deer sandwhich [mustard and banana peppers were the only condiments] That's all so far. Dad is bringing home lean pockets for dinner. YUM! So I'll probably have a lean pocket and a side salad. Exercise : 210 crunches, dancing around in my room for about 15-20 minutes, simple weight lifting with just 3 pound weights, 30 minutes walk/jog on the treadmill.

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 165 - breakfast- hot cocoa with two pieces of toast. lunch- water, carrots, ham sandwich, multi grain 140 calorie bar. dinner- ?. ill try and get some exercise in. was today okay?

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 153 - Its morning but heres how ive done thus far. I got up; did 100 crunches, 50 girly pushups, 100 jumping jacks, and 20 min on the treadmill. For breakfast i ate a banana and a handful of grapes-150 cals, i drank some green tea, and a glass of milk-100cals. Hope everyones day goes good:)

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 152 - (sorry if this post is really long. i gotta get somethin off my chest)i have a question, does anyone else have the same problem as me. My problem being my mother. She makes me feel soooo fat. Im trying reeeeaaally hard 2 loose weight but then she makes comments that totally destroy my self esteem. Example: Ill eat oatmeal 4 bf, salad 4 lunch & eat No snacks & then my mom will ask me what ive eaten, ill tell her & she'll say "now if u just have a light dinner u should b fine." UHHHHHH! Or heres something she said the other day. I only have a few pairs of jeans (that fit neway) & my fav pair (which btw was 2 tight a few months ago & now they r perfect almost loose on me) has the bottom all torn up from me walking on them. My mom told me 2 throw them out & i said that she would have 2 buy me a new pair of jeans... (view more)

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 152 - So, this is what i did today. Breakfast: Yogurt-100cals
Lunch: salad-about 150 cals dinner: apple:100cals, corn-100 cals pudding-50 cals drink-10cals (It doesnt seem like ive eaten alot but ive been filled up by what ive eaten and ive stopped eating when i feel full and i havent been tempted to snack at all today!) Exercise throughout the day: 200 crunches 200 jumping jacks 40 girly pushups I really hope i loose some weight!

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - gGeez, this week was areally bad food week! Today I went to visit a high school and the only thing they had for lunch was soda, chicken fingers, friees, and a bag of mini chcolate chip cookies. I was STARVING by that time, so I had one of each. Gaah. And last weekend my aunt gave us a bag of fresh chocolate chip cookies so I couldn't say no and hurt her feelings, they were sitting here all week and I could only g for 1 day without eating 1 or two. :0( ALthough I've been a pretty good exercizer this week. Next week will completely rock! I'll do excellent! That's a promise to myself!

yeah snaks werent great. dinner-chicken, 2 perogies, green beans and coliflower. ill tyr to eat as many veggies as possible :] so yeah exercise- a game in gym. not much ill try and add in some ddr tonightt :]
