Ht. 5'2", Wt. 198 - How many here have lost pounds for the christmas challenge I have lost a total of 3 pounds if I lose another pound that will be below 197 I could never get below that I usually gain all the weight back

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 177 - Tomorrow is my first vegetarian thanksgiving. I have nothing to eat. I use to just eat corn and my family's stuffing recipe because I never liked Turkey, but apparently there is pork in both the corn and the stuffing and no one ever told me. The cranberry sauce has high fructose corn syrup as its main ingredient and the pies are full of trans fats. I can't even pretend to want these foods now. And I couldn't even just take a break from vegetarianism. Pork was the main reason I became one in the first place... And we used up all the onions so I can't make a spinach saute. What do I do??

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - Just a tip: late tonight I was just chillin when I started to feel phsyically hungry, I wasn't craving food oranything, than I drank a big galss of water and waited 15 min! I was STILL hungry, so I had a serving of baked chips and salsa and stopped. It helps to get spicy things so you eat less. :0)

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 170 - k guys tell me if this meal plan sounds good/ im trying to lose weight and get more iron in me as well.
breakfast- either a scrambled egg with dry wheat toast or just an apple
lunch- nutri grain bar, carrots, sugar snapped peas, and other veggies
dinner- red meat (steak or something) with green veggies like asparagas, peppers, and green beans
snack throughout day- apple

Ht. 5'2", Wt. 139 - heyy guys im new to this but i figured it would help if i have some motivation. I went to the doctors today and they said i should lose 10-20 pounds to be at a healthy weight for my height..i agree i do need to lose weight. I am starting cheerleading and all the other girls are skinny and i dont wanna be that fat cheerleader that everyone makes fun of. and plus i just wanna feel happy. I have the problem of eating when im sad or upset and im doing it again cuz of this boy..but i need to stop. I have a membership to the gym but my membership card is pretty dusty lol so i need to start going again and eating right. A couple years ago i lost a lot of weight on weight watchers and im gunna try it again it really worked for me. So i hope that i lose weight and thanksgiving is coming up and i am deffinitely eating lol but the monday of next week i am starting and ill let u know how i do. Good luck to all of u out there trying to lose weight! We can do it!!

Ht. 5'2", Wt. 131 - Alright, I used to be of average weight (around 120) but I have recently gained 10 pounds or so pounds, which I need to get rid of. I'm trying out for cheerleading next week and need to be as pretty as possible. Do any of you know how to loose a little weight fast? And good excersizes that will make my thighs smaller? Ht. 5'6", Wt. 180 - Lunch is pretty much my problem for food. i would take sandwhiches but they get warm when i go to eat them and then they taste gross. i was just thinking if i could like take a meal replacement drink for lunch and a 100 calorie pack for a while until i find something permanent for lunch. what do you guys think?
and i would still try and eat breakfast in the morning

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 190 - Hey, everyone! I'm really excited -- I'm starting salsa dancing next week! It's going to be really fun and very good exercise, and hopefully I'll get serious about it because I already love what I've done with it (in a play). So, I recommend dance for a fun form of exercise that you can do with friends, and they don't even have to know that you're doing it for exercise as well as fun! :-) Enjoy, everyone! Make sure your workouts are fun and enjoyable -- the more you like it, the more you'll want to do it! :-D
