Ht. 5'3", Wt. 151 - long posts r inda annoying so i split mine into 2.
What i ate today: bf:oatmeal-130 cals, lunch:salad-50cals, and pudding cup-60cals, dinner:veggies-50cals, yogurt:100cals, part of an apple:25 cals, other(handful of frosted flakes, chip from katie @ lunch, stuff like that)-150 cals, moonpie-230cals So iprobably ate about 1000 cals today. Pretty good. Ive been trying really hard to comsume more. Ive jut gotten really good and eating a lot of low cal foods. Weird, i never thought i would have to try to eat MORE instead of LESS. lol

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 165 - breakfast- a piece of toast with some berry juice and a little piece of cake. lunch-turkey and cheese sandwich, cereal bar, bottle of water, carrots. after school- little piece of cake and a bowl of popcorn. ehh i know i didnt do greatt. but i have dancing for two hours hopefully that'll burn most off. and i have to work slowly and better each day that way i dont break down.

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 151 - Im soo frustrated w/ myself. I ate an entire moon pie. 226 calories! I have NO self control. Its not even that i ate too many cals cuz i didnt eat to much today im just upset cuz its like i couldnt even control myself. I opened it up and i was like "im just gonna take a bite" then it turned into "im only gonna eat half" then "ill just finish the outside not the marshmallow" and by then it was almost gone. So i just finished it off!I was so ashamed and upset w/ myself. I got on the treadmill after finishing it and (according to the treadmill) burned 340 calories. I feel a little bit better about it but im still upset. 130 cals, and i wasted them on a moon pie! Oh well, tomorrow is a new day, right?

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 172 - yay Track starts for me today! thats guaranteed exercise 2 hours a day, 5-6 days a week. although were not actually moving the full 2 hours since we have to move from activity to activiy, but its still really good exercise!

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 151 - Hey everyone. Im really excited cuz i weighed myself this morning and ireally did loose a pound. Also i went to the doctor and i weighed 153. Thats w/ my clothes on and having eaten. And that is three pounds less then i weighed when i went to the doctor a few months ago. It isnt a very big weight loss but at least i know that i really have lost something cuz the doctors scale doesnt lie (and i was wearing almost the exact same clothes.) Hope evryone else is having a good. Good luck:)

Ht. 5'2", Wt. 197 - I lost another pound for the christmas challenge so 10 more pounds to go. Please respond. This is what I had today breakfast have of cereal because I had gotten sick then I ate 100 cal chocolate pudding. For lunch lean cusine and 100 cal chocolate pudding. For supper 12 honey barbgue wings boneless and water and one serving of turkey salad. For snack fig newtons one cookie because the other one I have to my friend

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 180 - lost another 4 pounds!!! woo took me 2 weeks but yea thats awesome i think :P im getting good at the eating fruit thing i eat 2-3 pieces a day now .. i worked so hard at the gym yesterday i felt so dead today but i went agian anyway.. my muscles hurt so much but lol its a good thing means itas working anyway good luck every1

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 165 - hey everyone. im back and i wanna get bak on track. ive decided im gunna work harder. i wanna lose 10 pounds each month and hopefully by april i would have lost 40 pounds by then. do you think this is reasonable or possible? im starting to eat a lot of veggies when theyre cooked for dinner and such so that's been helping me. and im going to start trying to get my friend go running with me or else i do crunches or ddr and im gettin a little tired of the same things. reply back!

Ht. 5'2", Wt. 161 - I'm so gross, I've gained 40 pounds. I've been going through a lot and I want to lose those nasty 40 pounds before summer. I have no idea what to do, i'm not good with exercising and eating right. Please help me I need tips... thanksss.

Ht. 5'8", Wt. 191 - Hey everyone! For breakfast I had - Homemade oatmeal, a banana and a lil 1% milk, Lunch - A lettuce & Turkey salad w/ fat free thousand island dressing and a lean pocket, Dinner - 1 1/2 turkey sandwich on a ham bun, some green bean caserol, and lots of corn and for dessert a half of a fit and active pudding snack. I walked on my treadmill for 30 min and burnt 350 cals. So how did I do today?

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 183 - I did better today, I ate 3 meals and cut them in half and exercised. I didn't drink enough water, but I'm trying. I also ate veggies. Yay! I am seeing results but the scale says I gained! I'm so confused!
